I love the patience and kindness of the cashiers. They will help you in any way possible to make sure that you leave there satisfied with all your questions and concerns. I've never had to wait long in line they are fast and knowledgeable.

Above and beyond service. Betzy took 2 hours out of her day to sit down and help my elderly grandmother with her account. She called social security office for her and walked her through the entire process. She was patient, kind, and provided stellar customer service. Give this woman a raise!

Your address is not secure within the PNC system. Anyone can go to USPS and put in a change of address for you and PNC will automatically change your address. I asked them NOT to change my address, but a United States Postal Service notice takes precedence over customer's request. As a Florida resident with the same address for 8 years, PNC has changed my address three times and could not assure me that they would not change it again. This practice is totally unacceptable for both security measures and in providing seamless customer service.

Extremely upset I've been with this bank for 6 years and last night I deposited 700 bucks to pay some bills at the ATM and it didn't go through so I called now it will take up to 10 days to receive my money and I gotta deal with late fees on my bills due to not having my money in my bank its not fair at all

The staff there has always been good to us. We now live in TN and have kept our account there as we do get back to FL off and on. We do wish PNC would open branches in this State as they are in every State surrounding Tennessee but not here. Very odd. But we are able to handle most issues when they arise by phone or fax.
