This Bank is only good at placing obstacles to doing business with them. They have taken 2 weeks to validate a power of attorney, plus 2 trips in person, and now telling me they require a third. They won't accept a US Passport card as a form of ID, when the federal government has issued it!Never going to Bank with them after this business is completed!

Clerk said that they did not do wire transfers on the weekend but calling 4 other PNC banks in the area they all said they can initiate it on the weekend. This was after waiting in line for the bank to open, was turned down immediately.

Your address is not secure within the PNC system. Anyone can go to USPS and put in a change of address for you and PNC will automatically change your address. I asked them NOT to change my address, but a United States Postal Service notice takes precedence over customer's request. As a Florida resident with the same address for 8 years, PNC has changed my address three times and could not assure me that they would not change it again. This practice is totally unacceptable for both security measures and in providing seamless customer service.

Terrible customer service! The bank was empty. I asked to speak with a banker at 9:30 am. The lady behind the counter sucked her teeth at me and said can you come back at noon because no one is available. Why do you have open hours starting at 9 if no one is available?

I've been with PNC for a while now. I applied for a loan and got one for ten thousand dollars at 19.64 percent for three years. I paid it off in two never late on the loan. I applied for a different loan and was denied. Let me tell you why they said no. My credit score is over seven hundred. They said I had to many inquiries. That ridiculous and an insult. I called too talk to someone about this and I keep getting pushed around to different people. I waited two weeks for the letter in the mail and still couldn't get anybody who had a clue and wanted to help me. I will be looking for a different bank now thank you. Nice way to treat your customers. Sad

I went to this location today because I needed a new business debit card and a checking account with a personal debit card. Brandy L. Merced the new VP Branch Manager Sr delivered an exceptional customer service. I believe that with her leadership this branch will go really far. I appreciate her for taking the time to ensure that everything I needed was taking care of in a timely manner. Thanks ?

Rude and no one wants to help you. Be aware that the cut off time for deposits is 10pm so if you do anything after that it doesn't count until the next day, even though nothing goes through til midnight-3am like other normal banks. So people like me, who are limited on cash funds and see that my account got overdrafted $7 because of gas that hadn't posted go and deposit cash into the atm at 10:16pm can be aware and it doesn't matter if you do it or not, they're still going to charge you an overdraft fee after midnight.
