Awesome shop! Got my rear bumper repaired here after a fender bender, the work was completed quickly (got it back early the next day after dropping it off) and the paint color was matched so perfectly that you can't even tell it's a new bumper. Very friendly office staff too, highly recommended!

Bought an engine and transmission from here. The transmission was from a different year, replaced at some point. They probably didn’t know. They were all super nice but that transmission also didn’t work. No forward gears. The only thing that was odd is the transmission when I picked it up was separated. From the engine. Also had to replace the starter. Was told the slow start was because the battery was dead. Called and nothing they could do. Feel I got taken on this one.

Brought my 2022 Explorer to PNP for auto body repair after my vehicle was hit from behind. The entire staff went out of their way to work with insurance company and adjuster. They kept me in the loop regarding an issue that was not seen until they began to begin repairs and without delay they had the vehicle re-adjusted and within a few days the job was completed and the vehicle looks fantastic! Thank you to the entire team!

They are a very trustworthy,Polite, and professional. if your car gets impounded by the cops and sent there it’s in safe hands . The whole process was smooth to get back my dodge, and It’s a safe car storage lot for sure

Terrible place to fix a vehicle, very friendly staff no complaints there, but they will take forever to repair the vehicle wrong and then charge you to fix it again. I spent thousands of dollars and gave them plenty chances. Do not go here!

I had my vehicle in for two different (and unexpected) ailments in less than 2 weeks time. PNP took the time to shop around and save me as much money as they could on parts and spent many more hours than I was charged for. Office staff are kind, helpful, and very quick to return a phone call. I will be a repeat customer without hesitation (but hopefully not too soon ?). Thank you!
