They can do better in how they treat customer, speak about customers in their language, and no remorse whenever you have an issue, they treat you like your nails are done for free, not a bad place, Owner needs to take a course in business how to treat customers, NAIL polish are OLD and peel off in two days...even GEL polish...very disappointing.

I walked in for a pedicure without appointment and couldn't be happier. Friendly, clean, fast and reasonable prices. I plan on going back...I recommend them 💯

My tech Emily always does a wonderful job with my pedicures. Other places I have gone to damage my toe so badly my toe was sore for days. I she is busy I don't mind waiting.

I always go to do my nails and today. Last week I went to get my nails done. 3 days later it started peeling and one cracked. . I did gel. Today I went back because I was out of town and showed the manager my nail and told her I’d like to get it fix. She told me have a seat she’ll be with me. I waited 45 minutes. Yes I checked the time I walked in and when I went to ask her how much longer because I have a 2:30pm meeting. I ask how much longer because it’s 2 and I have a 2:30 call for work. She was like it’s just busy. I ask is it best for me to come back she kept asking what time do I want to come back. My issue is. Why make me wait 45 minutes with no update only to tell me you’re busy and come back. Also I walked out and said I will take my business elsewhere. No apologies from her noting. I wished more African Americans can open mail store so I can stop supporting their business but I will not be going back.

If I could give half a star I would. Not professional at all!!! Went in for a simple wax and was not satisfied. Came back in to get it fixed and that was a problem. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Always great experiences when I go to pretty nails. Sophia and the whole gang are upbeat, very friendly, very professional. The place is so clean. I will miss this crew when I move to Alabama. If I could I would scoop them up and take them with me. Gonna miss you Sophia.
