Gave my wife perfect vector art of the card we needed printed, it was already sized for the card both sides, somehow after I did most of their job for them, they stretched the print and printed the inside part upsidedown. You'd be better off anywhere else.

I went to print Depot because I had some issues with another print shop. I told the manager or owner my story and he said he could help me. I left my credit card number there and ordered some shirts and hats. Two weeks later nothing, not a phone call, not an email not even a return phone call or email. When I called to tell the lady of my experience she could care less... will not be using them. On to the next one

The woman that answered the phone was not very helpful. I then talked to someone else who got my order. The only color available was white. Was charged for a premium tshirt and got a cheap see through dryfit material. When I picked the shirts up 3 of them had food grease stains on them.I will not go back.

I use Print Depot for all my work printing and graphic needs. Stuti is my go-to guy and always makes me a priority. He is very skilled at his work and is always willing to take on any project I give him and complete it in a timely manner. They are very reasonable on pricing as well. Very happy to work with these great folks! Highly recommend them if you are in the Palm Bay or Melbourne area.

Best place in miles with excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to help with all your printing needs. I still can't believe how helpful and nice they were to us. We had a printing emergency and they even provided us with a stapler, scissors and a place to sit so we could sign and scan some very important documents. I recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I called to have some signs made, should have been a relatively simple task. NOPE, the person answering the phone did not understand 60% of what I was requesting due to poor English. Finally, after much mutual frustration, Steve got on the phone; super simple and I felt like my needs were understood. I waited for the proof (which I received) but did not have the estimated or actual cost. I called on a Monday morning to get the quote. The receptionist said "I have to talk to my manager, I will call you back". I called two days later (Wednesday) approximately 4:30 pm because no one found it necessary to return a call to me. I was told again that the manager had to be consulted, when I questioned why they had not been consulted; I was told they were not in for 2 days. I called again at noon on Thursday, only to be told again the manager needs to be consulted. I find this to be unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would give a -10 stars.

Used their Mail4u service. Paid for a fedex shipment, a GIFT box for family in canada. Only to GET IT BACK TO MY HOUSE 2 days later because they labeled it as COMMERCIAL and I got flagged for not having a commercial invoice. there goes my money down the drain. I event told the guy TWICE that it's a gift for family members. NEVER AGAIN

Welcome to the most unprofessional place, they have a nono lady working at front desk, very negative person, lack of customer service acknowledgment, she even let you finish with a NO as an answer, not flexible at all, they don't provide alternatives of what you want, the lady will answer always the same No No No, we can't do that. Be carefully.
