Small store with limited amount of choices. The prices expensive for those of us on fixed or limited budgets. The employees are wonderful and very helpful. Makes for a good trade off. I will pay a little more for this kind of service.

The Publix Deli Sub crew at this location is the most painfully slow experience I've ever had at a Publix.
There are 5 people in line and only after 15 minutes of us all waiting for 1 single crew member to make 4 subs for 1 person does a second crew member finally decide to start helping.
Every single time I come here it takes the deli crew 7-10 minutes PER SUB. It is absolutely ridiculous.
You can see it in their faces and their body language, they ate miserable and it's almost as if they go out of their way to be as slow as possible.
When they need something from behind and have to walk away from the crafting area, it's like they take 1 step per 10 seconds as if they just woke up out of a delirious deep sleep.
Absolutely pain staking experience.
It should NOT take 30 minutes to get 1 sub

Great place to shop, great produce selection. Need to add more shopping cart returns in the parking lot, that's my only complaint, there is only one in the entire lot. Great people and friendly.

The deli never has all their hot chicken and food ready add times launch for dinner and the staff for the hot bar act like they don't want to help people at times like you are an inconvenience

This Publix is clean and well-organized, which makes shopping here pretty enjoyable. That said, the bakery section doesn’t have a lot of variety, so if you’re looking for more options, you might be a bit disappointed. Also, there aren’t any vegetarian hot food choices, which would be a nice addition. Overall, it’s a good spot for groceries, but it could use a few more options to better serve different tastes and diets.

Good store with good people (baggers, cashiers, stockers) but I really appreciate good service at the deli and its not all bad but the man who made my sandwich today was not a great example of this. He put both of my COLD sandwiches on a hot rack so I didn’t see them both at first only seen the name of one on the hot rack and asked for the second one he said he didnt have it so i checked again and sure enough it was also on the hot rack? Why? its a cold sandwich and he yelled something as I walked away to another employee. All I have to say is I dont care what he said but putting my cold sandwich on the hot rack is your fault, not mine. If i couldnt find it and asked for it its because either it wasnt where its supposed to be or isnt there at all. Wont be using this deli anymore. Never had an issue before but I dont tolerate that stuff so I wont be returning. Two stars is for the cashiers and other great people working here deli included.

They have to better select and train their staff, especially the people who work in the Western Union area. There have been two occasions where I have experienced some discrimination from that staff.
Next time I will take the necessary measures asserting my right to non-discrimination

Don’t order subs online waste of time. All that happens is you wait behind everyone that didn’t think ahead to order. Actually feel like they dislike me because I ordered online and wanted to shop while my sandwich was made.

⚠️ 12/09/2024 Last few times at the ATM under the 300-600 watt lights next to Publix lots of blatant out in the open drug use between 8-9:30 pm . Please have police presence here.
🛑 9/15/2024 Please remove these expired drinks from your shelves, whoever is stocking them is placing non expired in the back and pushing expired to the front, these are Prime Drinks.
⚠️You are paying employees $12 per hour and $13 come next month for your employees to sit on their phones.⚠️
⚠️Please have your employees stop using cell phones while in the store, it seems management has no control.⚠️ I have seen this time and time again where multiple employees are on their cell phones not working. Whereas the cashier could have used the help.

We bought Cod from the fish department here and only 1 piece was edible the other pieces were rock solid as if it was frozen and thawed over and over.

Publix is great for smart shoppers who take advantage of sales and bogo and do not impulse shop.

If you’re ordering a sub online for pickup, I would say wait 20-30 minutes until after your scheduled pick up time and hope it’s actually ready by then. Multiple times have I gone in way after the time and still stand there waiting.
