This is by far one of the best locations to have your lab work done. The ladies there are so nice and professional and friendly. Angelique is my all time favorite, she is a awesome young lady and I look forward to chatting with her each time I go for bloodwork. Thank you Angelique!! You are the best!!

Horrible Discriminating and Appalling. Nobody acknowledge any of us waiting. 8 minutes past my appointment two walk ins came to schedule future visits. The staff assisted people with the kiosk ignoring scheduled appointment holders. I was finally invited inside to be seen only for a second ACTRESS hiding behind a mask to walk up whisper in the assisting persons ear that she would take over. No greeting from either person. I was pawned off on a tech that never uttered a single word. She rolled the bottles towards me to review my label were correct. I begin to get up and she stops me to sign the pad. Again not a single audible word spoken to me. What company would allow an employee that is mute or pretending to have lost her voice to work? What?
To truly put this experience in light. I am a white male. The walk up women was a Latin female. The gentlemen walking in behind a Black male. Both people walking in are trying to schedule future appointments. The Female Black staffer assists not one but two people ignoring those of us sitting in the lobby and gets annoyed when I ask what about my 8:30 appt at 8:40? Then the rest unfolds. DISCRIMINATION at it's finest.

They DO NOT take walk ins, even though the web site says they do, they WONT. Must schedule an appointment
