Everything went well except for using the machine to sign in the line can get long and space looks small then. Angel did a good job.

Phlebotomist needs a refresher course on phlebotomy. I have a huge vein in my antecub, and shouldnt feel a thing 😕 but I did.

I use the one at 590 Malabar Rd. Never had an issue, they are always polite, usually only have to no longer than 10 minutes with an appointment. My only complaint is when your a phlebotomy, I would think that the policy would be that fingers and fingernails, should be clean not dirt under the nails. This needs to be addressed
