Everything went well except for using the machine to sign in the line can get long and space looks small then. Angel did a good job.

What’s the point of an appointment if you have to wait a little more than a hour to get blood drawn? And the way I overheard somebody speaking to an elderly patient is just unacceptable

Can't call and speak to a person. Had to drive there to find out the wait is too long.

I’ve used their service several times in the past 8 months. Check-ins thru mobile device were very fast and convenient. Wait times were less than 5 minutes (with appointment, I don’t know about “walk-in”). The waiting room is small, but they offer to wait outside in your car (I did not use it, so I have no review of this feature). There’s a monitor showing the progress of appointments. It seems they appoint up to three patients for every 10 minutes block; hopefully they keep as is and don’t pack more patients, hence affecting the efficiency of appointments. I recommend it with appointments.
Quest Diagnostics also has a a nice patient portal to view your results and other features.

The waiting room is tiny, the wait times can be pretty variable. Today there was no wait, but on a busy day it can take up to 30 min wait with an appointment. But they do their best.
But the absolute best part of this Quest is that the phlebotomists are amazing at their job. I’ve never had a bad stick, they are kind and listen to my concerns, and even if they’re having a rough day I never feel like they’re passing it on to the customer. I do not mind waiting if it means I will have such a respectful and attentive blood draw.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING AN APPOINTMENT IF NO ONE THAT WORKS AT YOUR CLINIC CARES ABOUT THEM?! I had an 11:20 am time of appointment, arrived at 10:40, and am currently writing this at 11:45 sitting in their office to take a drug screen. And best part, NO ONE HAS BEEN TAKEN BACK IN A HALF AN HOUR NOW!!! Absolutely most ridiculous waste of time I have ever experienced, this location should be SHUT DOWN. The entire time I was here, they were back there just laughing and taking their time. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly just a huge show of disrespect towards everyone who was there to use them.

Waiting room is extremely undersized and staff overly stressed/rude from number of patients forced through too short in time appointment windows! I see this as a low budget operation designed to maximize corporate profits at the expensive of your clients and staff!

This place is horrible! Very unprofessional! If you have an appointment once you get here you have to sign in but there is a line of about 10 people. Once your turn comes if your passed you appointment time because of the line you have to join the wait list. That’s just horrible. They are using a tablet system that Aparently no one in the office knows how to use according to Melanie.

Zero stars for you!! Terrible place. Staff is rude, speaking in Ebonics. Felt like I was in a jail house.

The personel are courteous and professional and if the appointment is early enough, not too long of a wait time.
My only complaint is the process of retutning a simple urine sample. The kiosk does not have the option of "returning" and one must sign-in and wait longer than 1-hour just to return a urine sample. I understand that the personnel have guidelines to follow, however, some years ago it was as simple as bringing the sample bottle in and setting it next to other ones waiting on a table in a separate room. The bottle already has name, time and date, so it's hard to understand why it's such a mission. Again, the personnel have to toe the company rules and perhaps, someone up the ladder will see this note and change to an easier system of returning samples for testing.

Insane!! Made an appointment and the waiting room was so packed I couldn’t even see the kiosk.I’m pretty sure it was a fire hazard with amount of people allowed in this place. I walked out.Gad to easily be an hour wait.Absolute waste of time.

The worst Quest I've ever been to. Dont bother booking an appointment youll be waiting over an hour after your appointment time. This place is a joke. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else.

I use the one at 590 Malabar Rd. Never had an issue, they are always polite, usually only have to no longer than 10 minutes with an appointment. My only complaint is when your a phlebotomy, I would think that the policy would be that fingers and fingernails, should be clean not dirt under the nails. This needs to be addressed
