This place is consistently bad even WITH an appointment. They don't use their check-in system to actually contact you. Good luck finding a seat in their phone booth of a waiting room. The staff is nice and that's the only redeeming thing about this place.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!Don’t bother with an appointment. Still waited for 90+ min with an appointment for fasting labs. No ability to talk to anyone in the office and calling won’t get you a human to talk to. Staff are kind and they can’t help that Quest overbooks and understaffs. But save yourself a few hours in your day by going somewhere else.

I left one star because it would not let leave a review without. This company is horrible. I had an appointment for a time sensitive draw. There were 29 ahead of me. Yes I had an appointment. Then there is no way to get a live person on the phone?

Triple book patients, wait for an hour WITH appointment. Get used to standing around with people sitting and standing on TOP OF YOU. I felt like I was in an amusement park with poor customer service.

I left 1 star because I had to. Horrible practice, never on time, patient running out of oxygen while waiting. 87 minutes+ behind schedule. Losing orders after confirming they have them. Avoid if possible .

Absolutely awful. I made appointment for 11:40 and yet I had to wait 1h to get my turn. They just cant and dont know how to get their things together.

They overbooked over an hour and a half wait time WITH appointment.They falsely advertise "social distancing" in their waiting room as well ?Waiting room is 10 by 15 and has over 30 people in it ?

Had an appointment at 12:20, arrived and checked in at 11:50. Got a text saying I was almost up at 12:30, ehh ok. Saw 4 people still ahead of my name on the screen, so I waited and waited. 2 names ahead of me. Waited. Then looked up. My name was gone by 1250. I checked my appointment confirmation number which was there at 11:50, had been deleted by 1PM. I waiting another 35 minutes before I left at 1:25. If you have bad hearing or hearing aids the waiting room is loud. Everything in there just bouncing sound, walls, floors, seats, everything. Unfortunately, several people were having multiple conversations, talking louder to speak over the others. Ricocheting sound making it very loud and yet you can hardly understand a person directly in front of you. The tv is loudly repeating over and over the directions to check-in. During all of that a nurse will open the door and usually stay behind the door and say a name once, only once. If you didn't hear them you are out of luck and you appointment is deleted. There is no check-in window with a person to speak to. Can't even call the office, generally the phones are automated. If you can't catch a nurse in the split second they pop their head in the doorway than don't bother coming. Truly, thank you for wasting my day and holding my fast for bloodwork until 2PM before I could get a drink and food. Sadly, all for nothing because I still have to do all this again but I'll have to get the bloodwork at another location.

Myself and many others waited a minimum of 45 minutes past our appointment times to be seen. Go to another Quest, this location is poorly managed.

The one star goes to the guy working there who was extremely rude while I was trying to help an elderly lady who didn't speak English well. He needs to learn manners.

Staff is very nice, and although they work as efficiently as possible, be prepared for a long wait even if you have an appointment. I had a 9:30 appointment and wasn't seen until 10:08 - and there were three other "9:30" folks that had longer waits as they checked in after me. Waiting room is too small for the number of people waiting.

my husband and I had been here @ Quest Diagnostics 590 Malabar Rd, Palm Bay 2x, both times we were both satisfied with the experience. The first time I did not have an appointment, waited a few minutes until everyone with appt were taken care of. The technicians were great both times, (1stick). Staff/techicians were helpful and knowleagable including insurance/co-pays.We will go back for future blood works/tests.

"to talk to a real person press 6" ... Try it. You'll get a quick recorded message before you're hung up on. Doctor told me to bring in a stool sample and I took their container and brought it in. Quest wanted in a different container and gave me all the containers I needed, then threw away the sample instead of letting me just transfer it into the containers they wanted it in
