Had taken my items to the registers and there was 4 of the station lights on, and two were occupied. Someone went to one of the stations and as I walked towards it, they walked right away, with the light STILL ON. So I asked is anyone gonna take me, and they all looked at me and ignored me. These employees were trained to make money, not respect customers!

Rose is my go to store. I only wish we had one closer to me. I have to travel 2 hours to the closet one to me in Malabar, so I try to go once a month, I love the pricing of items, good selection of items, Staff is friendly as always.

As a 5 Star Worldwide Chef this goes out to the manager of this store amd hopefully the owner sees this review. When someones car gets hit amd the person runs off. That person now has to pay for the damages to the car. You refused to help, that is very low. I hope one day the same thing happens to you amd noone will help you. I have 4 million 200,000 followers and im gonna let you know my reviews go viral. A few million people will see this review. I hope your happy with yourself. Even the police asked for yoir help and you refused to show them the footage of that accident. You should be ashamed of yourself.

On June 25, 2025 at around 10 a.m. I decided to come in and do a return with my kids. I had a copy of the receipt on my phone and also had the item on me that I wanted to return which was in perfect condition with the tags still attached to item. I was only returning the item because it didn't fit me. Well I go up to the register and the cashier said I'm sorry but I can't accept your return without the receipt but the funny thing is I had the receipt on me on my phone and it was perfectly clear on my phone. I left very pissed off because how can I not be able to return an item that I bought within the 30 day return policy and I had the receipt and item on me. It's just very wrong and I don't understand why I couldn't return the product. Their really needs to have mystery shoppers and secret shoppers that do evaluations on certain employees at this store. All I wanted was my money back and I had a receipt on me and the item with the tags still attached and in perfect condition makes absolutely no sense why I couldn't return the item back to store and get a refund. This was one of my worst experiences at this store. Roses needs to do the right thing review the cameras and accept my return and talk to that employee. I did bring this to corporate too. I usually never complain about anything because I'm a total sweetheart of a person but when an employee does something like this it's wrong and needs to be addressed.

If there is a rating below zero they would win it. Customer service is non-existent at this store. I asked for help in furniture no one came. I told them cancel the call the customer died.

The store is good for Christmas shopping. But the way corporate leaves the store with out AC is disgusting!!! The workers are HOT and miserable!!! And so is our shopping conditions!!! Boycot this store till the AC is fixed, for the health of the staff!

The Rose's in Palm Bay Florida adds a few dollars to whatever price is printed on the box in the furniture department. They were very upset with me for actually expecting a refund on the difference between what I paid and the marked price.

My first visit ever, I was in awe cause I just stumbled on the store 1 minute from my house.
I couldn’t even make it through the whole store it was amazing . I instantly thought I need to bring my family here.
Then I went to go check out and it went down hill. The cashier (Karen, legit name on the receipt) was so rude! No greeting nothing… fine whatever. I had a shirt and a laundry basket . She crumbled up my shirt and threw it in the laundry basket. Instead of saying “would you like it in the bag or basket” . I had to ask for a bag and she took it and crumbled it into the bag. Again not another word. Nothing just rude, ghetto attitude.

I only gave the store 1 star because of the disrespectful, nasty and unprofessional “manager” Brian. On the other hand, I truly appreciated the help of the District manager, Thomas who resolved the issues my elderly mother and I had. The store is well stocked, there are always good deals, very reasonable prices and the rest of the employees are polite and helpful.

Plenty of bargains, whatever Ollie's doesn't have, come here. There's several products sold here t1hat you can't find at other stores. My only complaint is that I wish there was a better selection of bath/shower goods; while there is plenty of soap and body wash, I could not find any shampoo in the store.

I always come in here before or after an Ollie's trip. Always nice staff and full store. Plus,I've never been hurt in this store. There are lots of great deals all the time. I'd you want a great place for deals,I recommend going to this place. Don't listen to Vincent.
