Whitney and Jennifer were both wonderful. Jennifer called because I didn't complete my registration. Whitney showed me my unit, which was very clean and exactly what I needed. Whitney explained everything to my satisfaction. They were both courteous, friendly and professional and both are an asset to this company.

I have had this storage unit for a 2 years now. The monthly rental payment has increased like $60 in 2 months. Its insane to rent a storage unit when it is constantly increasing like this. From when we started it was $125 and now almost $400. Today I went to move more of my stuff out. Loaded everything on a cart and pressed the elevator. Guess what doesn’t work. Went outside there was works working on power. They said someone from storage was supposed to be there but they didn’t show up. They said they should’ve sent a message out to the customers, letting them know that the power is going to be out today. Myself along with another lady did not get that memo. The elevators are off so me and her had to use the stairs to bring stuff up and down the workers have been trying to get a hold of somebody from storage with no luck on anyone answering. Then when leaving the main gates automatically closed on their own, the worker said that the main gates were supposed to stay open, but they closed. They tried to call somebody from public storage and still couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Even they were stuck inside working there was a few people stuck inside trying to leave. They ended up using tools opening the gates. Apparently someone was supposed to stay in the office while they were working outside. I know this incident is like once in a blue, but it’s still ridiculous.
