Went in there with an appointment, had to wait an hour to not be helped. The supervisor came out to help an employee but refused to assist in any customer service. This is after being lied to all week.THIS is how they treat loyal customers.She did yell out, as she was returning to the back despite the room full of customers that had been waiting for hours, that they are hiring. Not sure why anyone would work for such a lazy supervisor, I assume she is why they are understaffed and unhelpful.

Totally incompetent people working at this store. I was told one thing, I said yes,and then they tried to ring it up it would it would not go through as the rep was wrong. Now my internet service is set up wrong & I have to call Billing to get it corrected. I wasted 1 1/2 Hours, Thanks a lot

I got into the store, the woman in front of me had been waiting for 30 minutes. Two employees were messing around with each other at the counter, not helping customers. You also have to check in via a kiosk, and the line was out the door for that. The only reason I was in the store, was to return a piece of their defective equipment and get a replacement. Terrible all around.

This particular store has been knowledgable and helpful when I've had to go there, and this review does not reflect on them specifically, but this company has to be hands down one of the worst I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I only use them because my elderly father-in-law needs his cable TV, but at every turn they make it an awful experience at price that is hard to fathom. I can not wait for the day that Charter and the brands like Spectrum that they hide behind are a thing of the past.

I visited the store for an equipment exchange with a prior appointment since this place gets busy. I checked in digitally and waited in my car until I received a notification to approach the specialists' station.Upon entering, a staff member behind the counter directed me to check in again. I explained that I had an appointment and just received the notification to proceed to the station. After a brief exchange, it seemed like he overlooked my appointment, despite not assisting anyone else.I was considering leaving until another employee named Anthony intervened and assisted me promptly, all while tending to another customer. Anthony's service was exceptional, and he managed to complete the equipment exchange much more efficiently than the previous staff member who had initially reprimanded me.I didn’t catch the first employee’s name, but he was of a shorter stature & was bald. Without Anthony, this would have been a 1 star review!

So now that Spectrum did not want to pay Disney for their channels. This is the solution from them .. You can sign up for fubotv 7 day free trail and then pay 57.00 for 2 months which increases to 74.00. What a way to pass the cost onto the customer, so pay my spectrum bill and fubotv, who I am sure Spectrum is getting a cut from to get a service that I signed up with them. Ridiculous Pay Disney or lower my bill.

Had to install my own Samsung phone when I switched over from Verizon. Now I have had it for over a year phone and TV and service is poor with wifi loose wifi alot sw palm bay..
