I took Lyft from home to Truist Bank ATM. I had a bill to pay at Amscot today. That was a total waste of my time and the $$ I spent, I feel that Truist should pay me back for the cab fares too.

The TRUIST thing I can say is that the customer service at this branch is the worst of the worst. If you repetitively won't do something as simple as pick up the phone what do I have a right to expect when i need something more complex or difficult? There is too much competition for my money. I hope you go the way SEARS Roebuck & Company did for the same lack of customer service.

Truist closes banks account with no reason for the closure. Try a bigger and better bank because this one is the worst. Drive thru wait time are the absolute worst! Taking my business elsewhere!

Open an account with a big bank instead.10 days to deposit any check. Any time I need to use the bank's services its always a big deal. Don't go over lunch; it takes 20 mins to deposit a check from the drive-through.Truist is easily the worst bank I've ever done business with, for sure.Changing to a bigger bank, I would suggest most people do the same.

The lady's at the counter are truly a pleasure, and Alex Dalvecchio, the Branch Leader, has always been extremely helpful. I recommend this branch highly. From advise to assistance, this is the place.

So slow. This bank has the slowest drive thru I've ever gone through. You could be the only person in line and you still have to wait at least 10 minutes and I know that there's more than 1 person because different people show up on the screen.

So...I went here Monday 3/29/2021 around 11am. No employees were there. None of the drive through lanes were green. No signs posted on the door to say why on a non-bank holiday they were not open. I ended up traveling 3 miles down the road to use another branch location that was open, and the teller there had no idea why this location wasn't up and operating. It is now Wednesday 3/31/2021. Again, I go to this location because on google and their own website it says they are open. No cars parked there that aren't occupied by people every bit as confused as I am, no lanes open, and again, nothing on the door saying "Closed" or "Temporarily Closed" or "Everyone In Here Got Covid And We Had To Shut Down". Nothing. Just the same signs they have had for months about wearing masks and limiting operation to comply with the pandemic. This is a bank. Can someone from Suntrust please explain to me how you guys just shut down a whole location overnight and do not send emails out to your clients or post very noticeable signs on the doors and update your google and website to reflect the closure? That's just responsible business management. You guys post signs just to let people know you'll be closed on holidays where everyone already expects you to be closed, but can't post a sign to let your customers, who have their money held in your accounts, know that the branch they do all their banking at, will spontaneously close for whatever reason? Especially since this is not a run of the mill closing where all the branches follow suit or a holiday, political crisis or mandate are in effect. How does an entire branch not have a single employee that can show up and work? No one from another branch can come out and run it for a week? Limit services to drive through only? You guys don't have a teller that's normally part time, looking for some extra shifts/hours and a key holder looking for an opportunity to prove themselves? Seriously?I told my boss what happened and he called another branch and they sounded every bit as confused as we are. This has him thinking we need to look into a new bank for not just his business, but his personal banking as well. Not even one sign! 3 days you have been closed. How can a business backed by the FDIC act so irresponsibility?

Extremely RUDE, inpatient and giving you an impression that you bother them being there. Very disappointed. Not recommended to do business with.
