I could give them 5 stars for Customer rudeness. I made an appt, arrived early and was told numerous times how she had to help some else during my appt. They have certainly earned their low rating. Stay away from this branch or better yet change banks!

I see why this td has such low reviews. I was in there cashing my checks like I do every week and was finally going to open an account until a very nasty lady told the guy not to cash my check. She was so unnecessarily rude with a terrible attitude. I will no longer use this td or open an account with one

I've been a member of Commerce / Td Bank for 20+, this location is the reasson I'm moving to chase. Thee worst service I've seen in ALL the banks I've been too. Something needs to be done with this location, Terrible.

Atm lost power while I deposited my funds spit out my card and never continued the deposit transaction I've so far not been told any logical reason why this happened or when I would have my funds returned to me over 200$ mind you II can't even get a return call from these ladies smh customer service has gone to below 1 star in past years I've currently waiting on my "investigation " to be completed. This same bank had $8,000 fraudulently removed from my checking account they think hard working people can just go without their funds while they sort out their issues nuts.

If I could give no stars that's what it would be . VERY unprofessional, dishonest workers that work this Sunday shift. Came into the bank for a new card at 12.45 pm. At approximately 1.20 the teller came and asked that we make an appointment or came back another day as the customer service personnel wouldn't be able to help us . About 3 persons in total. Well I told them I was not leaving as have been waiting for a while . I asked the fraud department to mailed a new card and they suggested I go into the bank for a new one. The teller then said to me she would start the process and I would received a text message. Never got the text message, and was told to come back.At exactly 2pm. They never sent any text messages to my phone to begin with. They wanted to make me feel as though they was helping but they were not. They wanted to closed and dismissed me. Why waste my time ????

Worst banking experience ever! I went in today to renew a CD for an ailing family member I take care. He is currently in the hospital. We had been to this branch a few weeks prior, making sure that my name was on all the accounts because of his declining health. Today, after a 30 minute wait I was paired with an agent I believe was Sara at the Malabar location. From introduction and a couple questions, she was already telling me what she couldn't do before I explained anything. Once she came back and sat down, she asked me about the account and if I was an owner. I explained that I believe I was as we had just signed some documents a few weeks ago. Since I did not have a debit card with my name on it for the checking account she didn't want to help me at all. I have been doing banking transactions for years for my Uncle as I am authorized to do so (in the bank system.) At this point she has not even looked at single thing in the system to verify anything. She talked to me like I was trying to get away with something, like a criminal. She kept being rude with me throughout our interaction to the point I asked myself "why is this lady being so rude to me?" I finally piped up and said "I am working with you, ..... I am working with you!"
Again she just started telling me she couldn't give me any info. She was refusing info before she even had a name on the account or number. The whole time I am thinking could you just LOOK? Finally she takes my social security # does a search and says she doesn't have record of me at all.
After going home and some investigation I locate a copy of the form from our previous visit in August clearly stating my name under Account Holder next to my uncles, the multiple account #'s listed, my SS# and DL# etc.
Now, with a couple hours lost in my morning, I return to TD Bank with this form and asked the staff at the counter, what does this form mean. The cashier said "yes that is your name on the accounts." I explained to the cashier that Sara couldn't find me in the system.
I unfortunately, had to then be sent to Sara again. She told me she would be right with me, a minute later she asked to see the form. She glanced at it and said "no you are just a beneficiary, I can't give you any information passed me the paper and walked off.
I can only think of a handful of times being this insulted! Let me make this clear "EVEN IF SHE WAS CORRECT, I SHOULD NEVER BE TREATED LIKE THAT IN ANY BUSINESS." I was not rude, I was here to make a simple transaction I believed I could make. I was nothing but cooperative, YOUR agent however was not. NOW!!! This transaction that needed to happen today will not. And there will be financial loss because of it.
I am not sure if this is in the culture of this office but, I will say that our last visit, my uncle and I felt like the manager on duty had the same approach... to disqualify your need instead of looking how they can help their clients. I was discussing moving my accounts over from Truist since my Uncle's accounts are at TD.
But I have an awful taste in my mouth now and will look elsewhere. I will be suggesting the same to my Uncle.

Just called and had some questions abut my account, they picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Horrendous customer support at this branch.

This branch is always a zoo, seems to attract homeless types. It is always mobbed and the lines are like Disneyworld. Also, TD has the highest account fees in the industry Take your business elsewhere.

I can't begin to tell you how frustrated I am right now with these people.
I sold my property in Palm Bay being assured by a representative on the phone at my branch here that I would be able to access my money from the sale after getting back to Canada only to find out now that they will not allow it.
I suppose they expect foreigners to camp in their car, wait for the funds to be available, then be physically able to GO to the bank to withdraw my money?
Oh or I drive 2,000 miles back and another 2,000 home to do that. Yeah right. ?

Terrible service! I was in line for 20 mins maybe more, I scanned to check-in and when I got to the front I was told to have a seat. I told the teller, no, and that was Very rude and unprofessional! Short staffed. They should hire people that would like to work and not forced to work.

I have been going to this TD bank on Malabar Rd Palm Bay FL, for many years. But, over the years, it has been horrible. Just a simple transaction, can be a disaster. Some of young new employees are horrible, as though they did not get any training. I went and ask for coins (change) and was told they did not that and that I have to have an account. I have a TD Bank account (4 of them) and could not get $5.00 in change. I've heard my children complain about them many times, but two times in a row, it has been a disaster. Come on TD Bank, get it together. I had to go to another TD bank miles away, and got just what I ask for without any problems. I have to say, going to TD Bank is America's LEAST convenient Bank.

My experience and opinion is they are Incompetent, extremely slow, and Everytime I am there they seem to change their policy on whatever final transaction I am attempting to do. I hate having to go there but for work I cannot avoid it... For now... I hear we might be changing banks so that would be awesome. I would never willingly use this bank and if it was the last bank around I wouldn't use them.
