“This store has so little review. I happen to find this store when needing boxes for my moving. The staffs are so nice and they are so helpful. They help me carry boxes out to my car. They also provide some contact for local moving helpers which help me to find really good service. They store is very clean and neat. Highly recommend this place.”

“We rented a U-Haul truck from this Palm Bay location. Doug Gertzen, Store Manager, was the Associate handling our rental agreement. He presented himself with excellent customer service and managerial skills. He was very friendly, polite, kind and helpful! Doug was a great guy and did what he could to help us save as much money as we could. I would, definitely, recommend using this Palm Bay location, if you need to rent a U-Haul or Storage unit, in the Palm Bay and/or Melbourne locations. An example we moved from Southern Utah to Palm Bay, Florida with a 16’ truck and car dolly with unlimited mileage for $2500, UHaul was $5900+, PODS and moving companies were nearly as expensive at $4k +. The truck had less than 20k miles and we averaged 12 mpg, you can’t do that in aU-Haul.”
