I have rented here before, but this time I needed a trailer. As I thought the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely polite and very knowledgeable about his equipment. I have now saved their contact info in my phone. So if I need a uhaul in the future I will only use them. Great place.

Everything was 'all good' with my experience w/Acorn. My ONLY concern is that Acorn does not cash the payment checks in a timely manner. There were occasions when it was 3 weeks to a month before I'd receive a post from my bank. I think your deposit should be done more often, for the customers convenience. You 'expect' payment in a timely manner without penalty; I feel deposits should be made in the same timely manner.

My husband and I always use this location for any of our needs, they are always nice and welcoming. They answer all your questions and very helpful. They are willing to help in anyway possible. Most definitely will recommend I give them 10/10

I scheduled to pick up my rental at 8 am and I was on the road by 8:10. Everything went very smooth. I dropped the truck back off and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this location for rental trucks. I rented a 15' truck with a ramp to move a piano. Thanks U-Haul

This U-Haul, located on Culver in Palm Bay, is by far one of the very best U-Haul places we've dealt with. Everyone we've talked with is friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. We have never experienced any issues renting from them, which is critical when you're depending on your rental truck or trailer for a planned move. Anymore it seems difficult to find businesses that are willing to go out of their way to do good business and strive for customer satisfaction - this U-Haul dealer does just that. You will not be disappointed. We would recommend this U-Haul location to anyone!!
