I made a purchase last year that never got delivered to my mailbox, but the tracking said delivered. You guys wouldn’t refund me my $50 for the product because it said it was delivered. Your system sucks!

Literally the most unfriendly group of people you've ever met. I get that jobs are tedious and tiresome, but you need to act like you a give a fraction of a %^$^. If someone is asking you a simple question in a normal tone, you do NOT need to immediately start with attitude. And from the looks of it it's far from an isolated incident. Do better.

Doesn't matter how often you call or on what day. The phone is always "busy". Probably sits there off the hook all day long so they don't have to field a call. Been waiting since last week for them to change the locks on my postal box at my apartment. My meds have been sitting in there and I can't get to them.. and of course, can't get anyone on the phone. Quality service from our government partners at the local USPS office...

The employee whose name I think is Juanita?(I couldn't read her full name tag) was super helpful. Honestly, the friendliest postal office worker I've ever come across. She was so patient and took the time to help me with my package. Please give her a raise, or buy her a nice lunch, or something. 10/10

I went there yesterday 6/5/2024 to send a package. The African American lady in the front is absolutely rude and needs to learn how to talk to people properly and be professional. My 1st impression of her was wow this lady truly hates her job. USPS NEEDS to do better with choosing their employees. I would give 0 stars ⭐️ but that’s sadly not an option. She’s lucky I kept it cool and calm because I am more professional than her?

The woman that delivers the mail to my complex does not put the mail and packages in the proper mail box. I was notified by 2 separate companies that they had delivered my packages. I had a key for the parcel box with my mail but the package had my neighbors address but nothing in mine. Since it's the weekend I can't check with them and the carrier gets very ticked off if she is questioned about any misdelivered package. Looks like I have to have everything delivered to my office...sad..

Twice this week they gave me all of my neighbors mail and didn't deliver any of mine. Why's it so hard to match numbers? What if they deliver a high value item to someone else's house?

The last business day before Christmas 2023 this post office was perfectly well staffed, and very polite and friendly and helpful. That means the world to me and I am certain to people who are stressed out, sad, etc over the holiday season. The facility is clean and well stocked, and I have always done well here. The staff really does care.
