Paid for my rent to be mailed as Certified Mail on 5/3. It was due to arrive 5/8. But as the weeks went by, it stayed in the Orlando Distribution site. After complaining to the USPS Customer Service, it finally moved to Fort Myers, and then went back to the Orlando Distribution site. On 5/20, it says its still in Orlando, but guess what my USPS Informed Delivery says? It'll be in my mailbox that day. And it was!
They sent it back as undeliverable even though it was the correct address. It never made it to Naples, FL. Customer Service told me I was eligible for a refund when it was still not moving in Orlando, but that I had to go to my local USPS, and ask for that refund.
On 5/22, I went here and provided both my reference number which included the contact history with Customer Service, and the Certified Mail in hand. The manager here says she isn't gonna refund me because that's not her policy and I shouldn't have been advised of the chance at a refund. She refused to uphold what Customer Service advised.
I paid for Certified Mail, that was never delivered due to the fault of USPS, but I dont get a refund? I paid for a service that did not happen.
I ended up buying a Priority Mail envelope since my rent was already 3 weeks behind. THANKS USPS.
This manager offered to send my Certified Mail again, but why? Why would I trust it to go where it didn't go in the first place? It's bad enough that I'm doing a Priority Mail with it. At least there's some insurance with that!
USPS, or at least this specific location, is money hungry and greedy.
There's 1 Mail Handler in there, an older lady, who everytime I'm in there, she is always sounding rude when speaking to CUSTOMERS. The other handlers are always nice.
USPS, you are there to SERVE the CUSTOMERS. Not get bossy or nasty, and not hold money when you are in the wrong. Maybe our Commissioner needs to have a look at what's going on in our Postal Service locations.

Our mailman Phil has been nothing but an inconvenience. Constantly starting issues with us and telling us our mail is not able to be delivered or putting it on hold for NO REASON! he said he can’t get to our mailbox but I pulled my car up to it and nothing is in the way AT ALL. I have pictures and video evidence that he drove past my house without stopping and immediately said my package “couldn’t” be delivered. I have gone to the post office several times to complain and they have done NOTHING. this man needs to be fired

Unprofessional and seems like they need to do better training. It was very unprofessional for Kim to be on the phone scheduling a mammogram while theres a customer in front of her. Maybe had she been doing her job? She would’ve known what I needed.

In five years I've only had to deal with their supervisor twice. Both times he was a miserable person that does not want to be there, let alone help anyone. Why is he there? I don't understand.

I recently visited the USPS store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Kim. Her exceptional service, vast knowledge, and patience made my experience truly outstanding. Kim's kindness, professionalism, and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction are qualities that truly set her apart. I've had the pleasure of interacting with Kim on multiple occasions, and I always make it a point to wait in line for her assistance, even if it means waiting a bit longer. Her expertise and warm demeanor make every interaction a pleasure. I highly recommend this post office, and I commend Kim for her outstanding service. She is a shining example of excellence in customer service, and I'm confident that her employers will be proud to have her on their team.

Supervisor and clerk was rude from the start and acted like doing there job was an inconvenience. I have had multiple issues with the staff acting this way. Avoid going to this location if possible.

Horrible horrible customer service. The older lady with long gray hair and glasses was absolutely evil and made me feel like I was stupid. The lady next to her took mercy on me and was very helpful.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I’m not sure why they think it’s okay to treat people so badly.

The lady with blonde hair is so rude.I try not to get her because she makes a person feel stupid. She just about had me in tears the other day.I agree with the reviews that many are talking about this woman. She has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever.
I had my own business for 35yrs and not once did I Ever treat my clientele like this person does.

The most disorganized post office I have to deal with. I have met most of my neighbors due to their constant mistakes of delivering mail to the wrong addresses. Most of their employees are nice, but the supervisors can be rude and condescending.
