The wait is enormous, my back was hurting from standing so long and I am not a big guy so you either have to figure out how to speed up the process of getting a phone so that your valued customers don’t feel like they are buying a car. My daughter started having headaches. I swear her hair grow a whole inch and looking gray. Jesus this is too long. I gotta pee.
Positive things once I got the phone. It worked great and I am quite satisfied with the product.

Going to leave a 1 star on every Verizon store in the nation. The biggest scam artist there is and I have screenshots and phone recordings to prove it!!! Do not I REPEAT DO NOT GO WITH ANY OF THEIR SERVICES.

I go into the store to pay my phone bill on several occasions. Avoid paying cash, overpaying your monthly bills. They won’t give you change and like my situation they haven’t credited any overpayments I made to my bill. I will be keeping track of this & then take action.

My new phone from work wasn’t connected , rep here was able to set it up and help me with the whole process. Got a few accessories which he also applied for me. This store went above and beyond.

I had my first bill , ended up being billed twice. Rep was able to call in and figure out what happened. It was a bill cycle issue. Was taken care of immediately awesome help at this store.

Switched over to Verizon , got a phone service and new line Internet. My first bill was weird and when I came in the rep here was able to break it down and help me get it resolved.
