My partner and I had to say goodbye to her best friend Casper and they delivered his ashes in a very nice urn, a stone with his paw print stamped into it, and his whiskers with a very nice card and hand signed note. It really meant the world to us”
“Dr. Kelly met our dog for the first time today for a health review, vaccine update and treatment for fleas. My wife and I were impressed by the kindness and professionalism of Dr. Kelly and her team. Our dog seemed relaxed during the visit. Dr. Kelly provided excellent information about our dogs current health and the local flea situation here in Palm Bay, FL.
Just took our black and white cat after she showed up with a nasty shoulder wound. I felt the staff and Dr. Roddy treated our cat like they would treat their own cat, with appropriate affection and professional thoroughness. They really like their patients. Thank you for the professional care you gave our cat. It really meant a lot to my wife, myself and my cat. :)”

“Brought in our 11 year old Tabby and it's just wonderful when the staff know you and your pet when you walk in. Made off to a great start to an even better visit. Met Dr. J as Dr S was in vacation. We live him as well. Both great docs and we started a new medicine regiment with the Zig. You guys are the best. My wife and I are so happy with your valued care and service!!!”
“I’m leaving two stars instead of one simply because we weren’t charged for services, which saved me a LOT of money. I had my girlfriend take our three cats to be fixed. I saw other reviews with the same complaint I’m about to leave, but I forgot to tell her about it to make SURE it doesn’t happen to us. Barring any future complications that may arise from an improper surgery, that we have yet to see, this is the only problem: They put our female house cat in the area where they treat strays, so they treated her like one. They clipped her ear without telling us, and did it shorter than I’ve EVER seen. They ALSO clipped our boys nails without telling us, and did it WAY too short. You get what you pay for, I guess. All in all, beats paying $500-$700 per cat at a vet clinic I suppose.
UPDATE: 4 stars now. I went back for a follow up and everything went well with the surgery. I was again NOT charged for services! Seeing them myself was nice, and for the price, it’s unbeatable. Just tell them NOT to clip your cats ear or nails unless you want that!”
