Pharmacy often closed due to emergency,
I understand that you might have a shortage of pharmacist, however, I don't understand why we can't have an technician there to enable us to pick up prescriptions which were already filled,

Pharmacy closes randomly at least once a week and sends out a text saying they are closed and will text when they reopen...when did a Pharmacy closing during normal business hours become allowed? I can understand if it was a one time emergency and there was no other staff to cover but this has happened at least twice a month since April 2025. This is just unacceptable.

I see why it's a 2.4 rating. I needed to get my meds and yes it was 5:58 and as I walk up to the pharmacy window they lower the security window and then ignore my taps on the window. Then have the nerve to tell me they close at 6. That's customer service that will make people shop elsewhere.

Needs to learn about process improvement. Why is a car sitting at the drive through not completely a transaction for 15 mins. Horrible.

I got transferred to this Walgreens store when the Winn Dixie Pharmacy closed across the street. I had heard from family and friends how bad this pharmacy location is but decided to give them a chance. I had more bad experiences than good. First off the manager seems to be a decent guy but smiles and excuses don't fly after a while. They are badly understaffed, this includes pharmacists that seem to come and go and not show up to work. When this happens they just shut down the pharmacy with no warning. The clerks do have stress attitude issues most of the time at the counter and on the phone. You get put on eternal hold a lot when you call and they don't return to the phone most of the time. I finally transferred my meds to another Walgreens location when I got home and found three other patient's meds in the bag including mine.

This Location deserves no stars and it's clear that. I wasn't the only one who had a bad experience here. I went to get stuff for easter and was almost assaulted by the manager.
Looking at many of the comments here. This location needs new management. One that doesn't try to vocabulary or physically assault its customers.

The absolutely most rude people I have ever had to deal with. They have attitude every time I call. They also like to let you wait on hold and immediately hang up when they answer. They should fire every single person at this location and start over.

Dropped off a prescription Friday AB’s was told it was in stock and I could wait 45 minutes. Decided to go pick it up 2 days later AB’s was told they never had out! No remorse, no care, no accountability. Just, “We don’t have our, not sure why you were told incorrect info!” More I have to reschedule my procedure due to the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. Why wasn’t I told this initially? Never giving them this chance to scare me over again. List a customer for good.

This Walgreens location is beyond bad! Had issues with them from the start and should’ve moved our prescriptions elsewhere sooner. They never have anything in stock. Nothing is ever filled on time. Staff is incompetent and rude. Today, they refused to fill a prescription for my 4 yr old daughter with alopecia who needs her cream for her head. Even after the doctor’s authorization, they still refused to fill it and told them to fill it elsewhere. Every time I get a prescription refilled there something is always going on. Do yourself the favor and either go to another Walgreens location or find another pharmacy chain all together. This place needs to be shut down. Never going back here again.

Stay away from photo department. Went to get minecraft themed invitations printed for my son's birthday. I purchased a template online and edited the background myself. She insisted it was copyrighted and she couldn't sell it to me. I informed her I paid for the template. Didn't matter she was the manager she said. Ok. Went down the street to the next walgreens and got it no problem an hour later. The photo department does not understand 'fair use'. They do not have experience in copyright law but have all the power to ruin your kids special event. Stay away.

This store used to be my favorite store but not now. I shop everyday doing my deals every week at first they are nice but when months past they just become less helpful when I complain about the deal that the manager/cashier missed up the deal. I have a paper booster spend $20 earn $5 ,when I did my deal she scan the booster without finishing scan all the items, then after I paid I look in the receipt I did not earn the $5 , when I told that to her she said I earned that coz I have a $5 Catalina that just printed, well that's different in a paper booster, the paper booster spend $20 earn $5 I suppose to earn cash reward on that after the transaction, the $5 Catalina I earned that's from the deal that I just did for bounty paper towels buy 4 earn $5 register reward, then she just call someone name John to help me but not helpful as well, he just told me to call the 1800 wallgreens number. When i called customer service he just told me if I'm using a paper spend booster coupon this is between the customer and the store so i need to go back to the store. I know they are busy and tired same with me too very tired and busy dealing with 3 kids. I just hope next time they will do their job right so no need for me to call in the phone when it's their fault to missed up scanning and not knowing about their deal of the week. Just bad customer service they don't want to fix the mistake that they make.

I called the pharmacy shortly before closing tonight. I was calling because I just got an email stating their online pharmacy services that were down from Sept 25 are now operational.Someone picked up the phone and put the call on hold. They left the call on hold so long that the phone system dropped the call after ringing back for several minutes. Of course by that time it was well after their closing time. So, yet another day without information on my prescription! The next call I make will be to CVS. I’m sure they’ll be happy to take my call and my business.
