Very slow service at this Walgreens. It always takes forever to pick up prescriptions no matter what time of the day I go. They never have more than one person servicing both the drive-thru and in-store customers. Yesterday I waited over 15 minutes for them to service someone at the drive-thru who didn't have the right insurance cards. When I finally pulled up to the window I was told I'd have to wait because there were "3-4 people in front of me". I drove off. In store service is no better since it always takes me longer to check out that it took me to shop.

If I could, I would give this location zero stars. They are absolutely the worst and most incompetent Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The employees clearly don’t give a damn about anything, especially their customers! They are rude, quite frankly act, stupid, and they make no attempts to help their customers. Walgreens should be ashamed of their performance. I am changing my pharmacy.

If i could leave 0 stars i would ! The pharmacy staff is just rude and not helpful at all then you go to the pharmacist and she more worried about the color of her hair then helping the people in line! Definitely changing my pharmacy I’ll never come back here again !!!

Ok be ready to go 3 times to the pharmacy then you can have your medication ready, they don’t want to work. Pharmacy you are trying with sick people for that reason they need medication ready on time and don’t need to do 3 trips for the same medication please by the way I was told wait an hour to pick up this is ridiculous

Pharmacy personnel has 4 people inside and we are 3 customers and we have to wait like 10 mins in prescriptions line. Very rude and lazy pharmacist. After waiting that time for prescriptions status asked to please pay for a ibuprofen at that counter and she tells me go to the front (to make a second line). Cashier front desk had no employee (cashier) and she is looking at the women makeups while a line is waiting. Extreme poor service

I only gave this Walgreens a 1 because I had to give it something.
Afterwork I stopped there to buy a few things. Their reading glasses were buy 1 get 1. I grabbed two pairs, plus other things. There was a line at the cashier and the person before me had a problem with her stuff ringing up differently then the marked price, so she left everything there and walked out. Now it's my turn. It seemed like my items came to more then expected. But as the cashier seemingly put the receipt in the bag, I decided to leave and check it in my car. I get in my car and it's the coupon that prints out of the machine that I assumed was the receipt. So I check my bank account to see how much I was charged. Yes, I seem to have been charged $10. to much. I go back in, talk to the cashier, explain he didn't give me the receipt and ask if he can pull it up on cash register for me. He can't, but manager can. This Scott, the manager comes up front. They are both looking for the receipt. They can't find it....but the cashier DID find the the little stub that belongs to the gift card I purchased in his garbage, so he gave that to me. Scott, the manager, insists he can't pull up my transaction. Odd that a manager can't do this. He tells me I have to come back in the morning. I work 2 jobs tomorrow, from 8:30am till 11:00pm. So I can't. Since he can't find the discrepancy and make it right,I decide to just return everything. Well, I can't return anything because I dont have a receipt! Scott, the manager, demands I leave the store very loudy or he will call the police and have me thrown out, as he picks up the phone to call. I ask why are you getting the police involved? He says because I am being rude by insinuating his cashier didn't give me the receipt. (Well, he didn't,).He asked if I had the receipt sent to my email. I said no, I never even put my phone # in and the cashier forgot to ask me to. (Really not a big deal for me). But then again, he gets louder and demands I leave his store or he will come around the counter and throw me out. I was about to leave when the cashier asks if he should just resting my whole order and see what it comes too. I said 'yes please".
As he is ringing up the order I am crying in front of everyone in the store because this manager is about to call the police and on me, while I am just trying to find out the error. So as I look over the shoulder of the cashier ringing up my order again, I see the error!
The reading glasses rang up as $21.99, while in back of the store they were marked $9.99. ( buy one, get one).
That's how easy it was to find the mistake but this so called manager flips out to show his control by picking up the phone to call the cops and threaten me in front of everyone in the store!
He succeeded in making me look and feel like I was doing something very wrong.
There's more too it, but I am running out of space. I have a call into the District Manager who the police advised I get in touch with because no one should be treated like he treated me.
To the person video taping the manager, please make your video public so the community can see what a loose canon he is.

Pharmacists are normally very polite and non-judgmental like other pharmacists at other locations.

I don't understand why walgreens doesn't sell walgreens brand tension medicine anymore. It was very good priced and it worked very well for my tension headaches and my headaches from my epileptic seizures.

I have been to this pharmacy three times. Each time I am told that my medication is not available and it will be a couple of days before they are able to fill them.There is zero attempt to provide an alternative solution. I am just told I'll have to wait until they arrive. I called the Walgreens on Palm Bay and Dairy. They were able to transfer my prescription and fill them today.This Walgreens puts their patients health in jeopardy to maintain volume. These poor business practices needs to called out.

I was at Walgreens at about 4:00 and I asked the female pharmacist about an RSV vaccine she was very unfriendly and not helpful at all the older woman at the main register when I came in was also not friendly or helpful! Worst Walgreens I've ever been too! There was a nice young man there that checked me out he was the nicest of all

Got screwed out of $25. I went to buy a Apple Card and the associate was very young and seemed like he wasn’t sure how to cash me out and activate the card . And after a couple of attempts he said I’ll have to wait for my refund, cuz he screwed it up. And I talked to the manager and he didn’t seem to care either. It’s been three hours already and no refund. So I’m out $25. I’ll never go back to that store again!

Tried to drop off a package for FedEx. No one has a clue what they’re doing. I ended up waiting a half an hour and then having to leave with my package because the guy didn’t know how to print a receipt now he’s the manager go figure.
