This pharmacy is the absolute worst. The pharmacy has the most incompetent people. We waited over two days for a prescription and on the second day in the afternoon it still wasn’t ready. They said that they were “waiting for doctor clarification” and called and left voicemails for the doctor but they never actually called because the doctor never received the messages. They absolutely lied and our prescription was never ready. When i spoke to the pharmacist he was very rude and defensive because he knows him and his staff did nothing and were in the wrong. Super unprofessional. Super lazy and I will be bringing my prescriptions elsewhere.

Place is usually nice and clean. Looks like they tried to spruce up the place outside by planting new plants and that looks nice. But today when I was there all over the sidewalk next to the building there was a pile of clothes like someone left them there. Could be cleaned up a little bit. Other than that nice staff.

I am disappointed in the way the Loyalty Program was explained to me. The clerk did not make it clear that without being a part of the Loyalty Program advertised discounts were not applied. This cost me an additional $8.47.

Horrible they lost my meds and made me wait in line for 30 mins in pain while they looked for nothing cause they never found it and told me I’d have to come back to get my meds never using this Walgreens again

The worst pharmacy ever, people are so unproffesional. They’re making people wait forever. I been told to come back and when I come back on the time they told me, they made me wait 45 more minutes again. don’t give specific time if you’re not yet ready.

Constant delay on prescription no communication as to when the prescription comes and they did tell me that they would check other pharmacies to see if they have it and they did not do that

The absolutely most rude people I have ever had to deal with. They have attitude every time I call. They also like to let you wait on hold and immediately hang up when they answer. They should fire every single person at this location and start over.

Dropped off a prescription Friday AB’s was told it was in stock and I could wait 45 minutes. Decided to go pick it up 2 days later AB’s was told they never had out! No remorse, no care, no accountability. Just, “We don’t have our, not sure why you were told incorrect info!” More I have to reschedule my procedure due to the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. Why wasn’t I told this initially? Never giving them this chance to scare me over again. List a customer for good.

This Walgreens location is beyond bad! Had issues with them from the start and should’ve moved our prescriptions elsewhere sooner. They never have anything in stock. Nothing is ever filled on time. Staff is incompetent and rude. Today, they refused to fill a prescription for my 4 yr old daughter with alopecia who needs her cream for her head. Even after the doctor’s authorization, they still refused to fill it and told them to fill it elsewhere. Every time I get a prescription refilled there something is always going on. Do yourself the favor and either go to another Walgreens location or find another pharmacy chain all together. This place needs to be shut down. Never going back here again.

Stay away from photo department. Went to get minecraft themed invitations printed for my son's birthday. I purchased a template online and edited the background myself. She insisted it was copyrighted and she couldn't sell it to me. I informed her I paid for the template. Didn't matter she was the manager she said. Ok. Went down the street to the next walgreens and got it no problem an hour later. The photo department does not understand 'fair use'. They do not have experience in copyright law but have all the power to ruin your kids special event. Stay away.

This is one pharmacy to avoid, the staff can't keep up. The wait is always longer than it should be. I've given it a try over CVS were it five times busier and much quicker. I'm switching back, good luck at this one.

I called the pharmacy shortly before closing tonight. I was calling because I just got an email stating their online pharmacy services that were down from Sept 25 are now operational.Someone picked up the phone and put the call on hold. They left the call on hold so long that the phone system dropped the call after ringing back for several minutes. Of course by that time it was well after their closing time. So, yet another day without information on my prescription! The next call I make will be to CVS. I’m sure they’ll be happy to take my call and my business.

Literally the worst pharmacy. Prescriptions never filled on time, never any updates on the app regarding your prescriptions. whenever you do try to call to speak with someone you’re put on hold for over 30 minutes. My provider called this pharmacy to allow a one time early refill authorization (3 days early) on my medication since I was going out of town and would run out during my trip and they’re saying that never happened and now will have to wait til after my trip to get this filled. Avoid at all costs.
