Waste of time every time I go here. Always a line. Never more than 1 cashier. Don't come here if you dont have time to waste. But if you love wasting time and talking about the weather instead of purchasing items you need. Maybe you will like coming here as a hangout for old birds. But deffinately don't shop here they don't care about thier customers. If they did they would hire more employees

Horrible pharmacy!! You spend consistently 30-45 min on hold just to speak to someone. Getting anything filled is always delayed. Worstp pharmacy !!

The pharmacy sucks as others have stated. Worst experience thus far and there have been many pharmacy experiences in my lifetime. I don’t understand the attitudes and impatience.

They suck ! Stood in line for 45 minutes on a Saturday to pick up an order because your kind employee went between drive thru and in store filling our order. You had 4 employees helping the pharmacist and 1 persons handling the people wanting to pay. When checked out you had 7 people waiting to PAY for their drugs ! I am done with you back to Optum RX

They are terrible when it comes to the pharmacy. Always some sort of delay or just simply no communication about my family’s prescriptions. At this point, they should just get rid of the pharmacy because it serves no real purpose when you have to fight to get your meds. My last time using them as my pharmacy. It’s been 5 years of crap.

If zero was an option I would pick zero. I have spent countless hours on hold trying to get medication refilled once in Dec2024 and again now. If I am able to reach someone at the pharmacy, it is only after I have waited no less 30 minutes, and I am given run around and attitude if I am able to speak with someone. Either hire more staff accommodate the workload or get it together! Spending 3hrs trying to speak to someone, only to say “screw it” and drive up to the store and be told you have to leave and come back hours later is unacceptable.

Horrible experience this morning after leaving hospital with a bad cold. Went to Walgreens to get cough medicine. Went to the checkout.All I had was a $100. Immediately, the cashier says, I don't have change. I explained to her and I did not have any way to pay besides the $100. She calls a manager to get change and seem to be upset about the situation. Hands me my money and does not say anything else. I found that very rude and disrespectful. I did not do anything, but come to purchase cold medicine

I have an issue when a pharmacy curtails and holds hostage medication for my son. In three separate occasions my son medication has been held back because this pharmacy doesn't want to dispense it (I get it is on the script but a day in advance is not gonna break your numbers people.) We are the parents of an epileptic child, we need to have medication on hand in case something happens to any shipment or dispensing protocol. I don't understand how they can be so unprofessional, make me drive to the pharmacy telling me the medication is in for me to pick up and then not dispense it! The one commodity we have as humans is time and I really hate wasting mine. I should have kept the pharmacy I used to go down in Vero Beach, same company but a little more in touch with the community. If you have internal issues with communication you should fix it and call customers before they get to your pharmacy and waste their damn time.

Called about my transferred prescription only to be told they didn’t have it. The gentleman who answered the phone as “pharmacy” straight up lied after I called the original pharmacy I transferred it from and verified that was in fact at the bayside location. Everyone should be aware of transferring prescriptions to this location.

Google mentioned Ace/Wrap bandages; THE DON'T HAVE THE CLOTH ONES....I personally looked. Only that Latex/self stick one, which I can't use.
