This is a store that I visit frequently and I usually find everything that I need when I’m shopping. There have been some times where a delivery order was incorrect (missing an item or incorrect item shopped) but overall I’m pleased with the service. There seem to be cashiers available at random times which can be inconvenient but I’m sure they schedule based on needs. As the area grows, I hope they will have more self checkouts and cashiers available to accommodate the customers.

DO NOT GO TO AUTOMOTIVE, NO MATTER HOW CHEAP IT IS. They will push your appointment 2 weeks out. Take your car, Call you to tell you they can’t touch your spare because it’s 10 years old, then the other tech says can’t touch it because it’s 6 years old. Wal-Mart policy on their own wall says they can with Written acknowledgment from customer. Then arrive to be told they have it almost finished, Hour later just sitting, they say it’s done, but they put the tires in the wrong places. Needless to say communication and Knowledge is severely lacking. The techs recommended action was to buy a new tire for the one he could touch because it was to old. My brain hurts from dealing with this place just to get two tires.

The customers are the same crazy ones on my side of Florida but I cant remember the last time I came across a Wal-Mart with very friendly employees.
The employee said "Hopefully you'll come back tomorrow!" in a very polite way but I felt bad because this Wal-Mart is slightly over 100 miles away from me as I live on the west end of the state and this place is nowhere near the Tampa area. :-)

I recently left some items behind and loss prevention was great about handling the situation. I was so happy they were able to assist me in resolving the issue with my items that were left behind in the store. I wish I got their names but nevertheless they were very professional, kind, and thorough! I wish them nothing but the best.

Never anyone to help. The store is a mess and any associates you do see are on the phone and the ones that you do find to help are busy on their phones. Never enough people to cash you out and self checkout is horrible.

Updating for hurricane Ian! Their was no empty shelves from panic buying, just the usual supply chain issues of 2022. Peaceful shopping at a well run and we'll stocked neighborhood store. We are big fans! My old comments remarked on a fun visit to a Irma ravaged Florida Walmart. Empty shelves back then, but with stockers refilling as fast as the trucks could get it in. Everyone peacefully participating as we all just got by.
