I walked into the store location and was a immediately over powered with a horrible odor of urine and then when I went to proceed to buy a few things not trying to be rude and just walk away and out the store. I found that they are charging an additional $.23 per the dollar for some unknown reason any other store in their general area does not do that so I wanted to let everybody aware of this.

Always friendly always polite & almost anything needed they have if not ask it can be ordered... Family owned and ran ... V Jay and his wife & daughter + his nephew at nite all are the nicest people you will ever meet

A1A Food Store is really a beer, cigarette and candy store.Bad area - rude people. Enter cautiously.The reviews referring to produce are of NEIGHBORS MARKET a few doors down - it's a green market with vegetables and fruit. If you catch it right, you can get some good buys.
