I really had a great customer service experience at the Palm Beach Gardens Altar’d State store today. Without going into details, Elena was so understanding, kind, and helpful. I had a toddler with me, and she made the process of figuring out my situation seamless and quick. Thank you!

Stars given for the nice employees that helped me, however the three stars is for the rude manager who gives me rude looks when I make returns for tarnished and defective jewelry items. You have a return policy I can make as many returns as I please if I am dissatisfied. Being the items are so beautiful draws me back into the store but the quality of the clothing and jewelry is not good and over priced. Please hire nice managers who don’t give dirty looks and refuse to offer help after I return damaged items .

Not sure what happened to this store... But I went on Saturday and it was covered with dresses from top to bottom. The store used to be so varied before, with tops, blouses, pants, shorts, accesories throughout the store... Now it's literally just dresses covering all the walls. A little disappointing. Hopefully it was a fluke and the store goes back to normal.

I visited on vacation in January. I had the best experience with the entire staff who was working that day! They were so kind to me and just so lovely! It left a huge impression, and I would visit the area again just to go back! I’ve had not so great experiences with feeling a bit judged in some other trendy stores, but I felt so welcome and comfortable here, and I really appreciated it. Genuinely the nicest people working there!

Emmy is so amazing! She was super helpful, outgoing, and easy to talk to. My experience was great I came back twice in one day. The store was well organized and had a wide variety of items to choose from. Definitely will be coming back!!

Elise is such a gem! She truly stands out for the good. A real example of how would should treat one another. Her motivations during my store experience was simply to be of help and not solely to make a business profit. I arrived with a return, anticipating that I would be able to exchange for a gift. Even though her store did not have what I was looking, for she took the time to listen and provide a good solution. Even if that meant she would not make a sale that day. I enjoy shopping at the store because the people who work here show my children. The example of how people should treat one another in an ideal world. Elise shows compassion, listening skills and true leadership.

I recently visited Altar’d State and was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. Emme wasted no time to assist me as she was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to understand my needs.
I was particularly impressed when Emme went out of her way to find my size in a popular item that was out of stock on the floor. I wasn’t necessarily the “easiest” person to help either, considering that I am currently 7 months pregnant looking for a dress to take my maternity photos in. Throughout my visit, I felt valued and appreciated, which made my shopping experience enjoyable.
The store environment was clean and welcoming, and the selection of clothing was fantastic. I highly recommend Altar’d State for anyone looking for quality clothing and, most importantly, top-notch customer service. I will definitely be returning!

I love this Altar'd State. It's so well layed out and also regularly has a great selection of new items. They also have a pretty decent size clearance area and friendly staff that don't make you feel pressured.

Just found this little gem of a store a few months ago. Had the best experience with the entire staff! Katie is beyond helpful and makes me feel appreciated. I love the smell of the store, the styles and the fact it is a Christian ✝️ company! Can I purchase stock in this store?? ? They have my business and my heart!

Was honestly very disappointed with my experience today. I had asked the manager/ store leader for help to see if they had more sizes in a clothing item that I was interested in. She looked up at and pointed to another associate & told me to ask her. But that associate was busy with about 3 other guest while the manager was behind the register with no line. I'm not sure if because she saw that I knew the girl personally (mind you I met her just last week through a personal friend, so I really had no relation with this associate) that she didn't need to help me. I used to be an employee for this company & I know their policy is supposed to make all guest feel welcomed and appreciated. I ended up not getting the clothing item because even after expressing to the manager that the associate was busy she literally looked up at me and continued doing what she was doing. With 0 response. I ended up telling my friend that I wanted to leave because I felt the way I was treated was very unprofessional. Safe to say this was a terrible experience which saddens me because typically AS sets the bar very high.
