The way this store is ran makes for an incredibly invasive and uncomfortable shopping experience. I visited this store a few months ago and as soon as I reached for some jeans I was quickly approached by who I assume is the manager (because she is older than every other employee and wears an earpiece) and told to let them grab everything off the shelves for me, because they already have a lot of clothes to refold and put away. First of all, that is literally your job. This came across as her saying I as a customer was nothing but an inconvenience to them because I was adding more to their work load by simply shopping. I was basically followed for the remaining time I was in the store and given very unwelcoming looks from the manager and associates if I did manage to grab items on my own without them rushing up and doing it for me.
I visited the store again today and was immediately approached once again while looking at jeans and asked what my size was so the employee could grab them for me. The associate was very polite, and I assume this is how the manager instructs them to act but it is very overbearing and unnecessary. I did my best to nicely let her know I can figure it out my own but she insisted on helping me. I was watched the entire time I was in the store and the same “manager” from last time was present. After trying on some clothes there was no clear place to put the items that did not fit me, so I approached the register and asked the manager if I should place them on the table along with the pile of unfolded clothes, she gave me a dirty look and reached for the items I was holding and just told me she would take them. When checking out the manager was incredibly cold in attitude and when she gave me my total, she then said “oh wait” and proceeded to scan a shopping bag that added on to the total. I told her I did not need the bag which seemed to frustrate her and took time to delete from the transaction.
This makes me want to never visit this store again because of how miserable the experience is.

Meaning to write this review for a while. If I need an in store American eagle trip, I'm forced to go to Boca. Selection is terrible, and had the worst experience with an employee named MARIA there back in September. Literally, the rudest woman ever. Only reason for not giving a one star is that there are people who have worked there (primarily in the past) who were super kind and attentive so it's nothing against them at all.

Despite what was clearly an exceptionally busy day, Maria maintained a remarkably positive attitude while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. I observed her seamlessly transitioning between assisting customers on the floor, coordinating with her team, and handling what appeared to be complex operational matters in fluent English and Spanish, all while maintaining her composure and genuine warmth.

When I had questions about sizing and product availability, she took the time to provide detailed assistance, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. Her product knowledge was extensive, and her recommendations were spot-on.
Maria’s leadership style was equally impressive to witness. She guided her team with clear direction and encouragement, creating an atmosphere where staff members appeared confident and motivated. This positive energy translated directly into a better shopping experience for everyone in the store.
The combination of Maria’s exceptional customer service skills, professional demeanor, and ability to maintain excellence under pressure reflects tremendously well on your brand. She exemplifies the kind of employee who not only drives sales but builds lasting customer loyalty.
I wanted to ensure that Maria’s exceptional performance yesterday was formally recognized. Employees like her are invaluable assets who deserve acknowledgment for their dedication to excellence.

So, this American Eagle store was a straight-up nightmare. I came in just trying to shop, but instead I got attitude for free. This one employee, Maria, was seriously the worst. Super aggressive, rude for no reason, and acted like helping customers was a personal inconvenience. Like girl, chill—it’s literally your job.
Every time I asked for help, she gave me dirty looks like I was bothering her. And then she kept turning to her coworkers, talking trash in Spanish right in front of me, smirking and laughing like I wouldn’t notice. Super unprofessional.
This is America—how about speaking English when you’re talking about customers? I don’t care what language you speak with friends, but if you’re working in customer service, have some respect. The whole thing felt shady and uncomfortable.
Honestly, if this is the vibe American Eagle is going for, I’m out. Never shopping here again. Do better.

I had such a great experience here! I went on Friday looking for jeans, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. You can immediately feel the positive energy in the store. Julia helped me in the fitting room and was incredibly kind—it’s the first time a store didn’t make a fuss about checking the backroom for my size. She not only found it but also brought me other great options, which I truly appreciated.
At the register, Chris was super friendly and welcoming. She helped me with a big smile that made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. You can really tell they enjoy their work and interacting with people. I left feeling very happy and satisfied with my visit. Highly recommend!!!!

No employee in the store seems to know their policies as far as pricing or price matching online. 3 employees in the store had a different understanding, by the end of it I just put everything back and ordered online. Please train your staff. Also, the store is very cluttered and not well organized.

I recommend this location, the customer service is great. Team is always attentive and I really appreciate the service received specially from Maria, she helped me ordering some items they sold out in the store and I was able to buy everything I wanted!

I went with my daughter to buy some jeans for her birthday, the staff was super friendly, they are always attentive to what customers need, they greet you with a smile and guide and advise you at all times, the girl at the register was super nice

My girlfriend went today to shop and one of the lady works there. She was complaining to her and to me for moving the clothes. I think she just being lazy she don’t want it organized.And we are customer frequently there.

Shopped this location regularly, not no more. I was told by gentleman putting out clothing that the clearance, including jeans were an additional 60% off. Kalice at the register was extremely rude and stated it was not an additional 60% off. My credit card kept asking for a Pin and she was very hateful about that too as I have no pin on my credit card. She didn’t want to give me her name but after this visit, I won’t shop there again!
