Just looked at the line going into Apple.. very busy. The mall is beautiful, relaxing, and ready for Christmas.. visited 11/5, though no Santa photos until 11/11. Two levels with lots of fountains.A nice place to walk around and enjoy the atmosphere.. decent food court if you are staying for lunch or dinner.

Worst customer service. They won’t tell you that the better option for your request is to ask for an express replacement of your iPhone if you have appleCare. Instead you’ll wait for over a week with a downgraded “loaner” phone. The $10 you pay every month for appleCare is basically not appreciated by this store.

The manager, Eric (IIRC), is great. He goes above and beyond, and also another guy, Peter (IIRC), it was also great. I pretty much have negative experiences in every Apple store, so for me to leave a five star review here is profound. Thanks again guys.
