“Went there with Mom today as she lost her phone in Jupiter the other day. The gentleman who helped her, I think naked Dierius, was extremely kind and helpful to my mother. He called her insurance company and answered her every question. Then the sweet manager engaged us and recognized my mother from a prior visit. I watched and listened as she calmly and with care explained options to my mother. She sympathized with her situation and came up with ideas that eventually provided all the answers she needed. Mom is getting a phone delivered tomorrow. This was on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at the Gardens Mall. Fantastic service in a very clean and well staffed T-Mobile store.”

“On May 6, I picked up my phone and took it home and was having a hard time activating my new phone, so I called Verizon they told me that I have to take it to the store. So I did, and one of their sales representatives, Regina, took her time with lots of patience and made a few phone calls I was willing to change my number but in reality I wanted to keep my old number and thanks to Regina and her patience I did she made it possible. “There are some things I really love about Costco, but also having a membership to the main competitor's club store, a comparison shows me that I prefer the competitor. Some things that need improvement to me or the website, mobile app, and the fact that they constantly change inventory so when you absolutely love something, it's gone the next time you're there. During this time of a global pandemic, I also feel safer at the other place because they have curbside and Costco does not. They also require masks for their employees, and Costco does not. When they carry them, I really like their selection of organic, vegan products.”
