I'm giving 5 stars for the professionalism and courtesy. I had a Mac book that needs repair. Our tech Kyle was great, direct and polite. All the ghost stories are false this store is a great place to do business.

Brandon have 0 respect to the clients I talk to him 4 times like hi can I ask u something , excuse me , hi and he ignored me all the time , I was waiting one hour till he finished the client for he give me attention and what he does is move to another table I go and ask him why he ignored me and he say u have to wait there someone else will be with u after I say that is very rude I just come to buy one phone and he very rude respond like go to back to the table someone will give the service please follow up the costumer service I a great bd but employees make terrible image

Went in to purchase a new phone. Was passed over twice for help. The employees walked right past me to help the person in line behind me two times. Needless to say, they didn’t get my money.

Genuinely one of the most chaotic experiences of my life. I entered the store, every employee is avoiding eye contact with me, so I get in line for the Genius Bar employee to ask how to buy a computer. He tells me to go stand by the computers. I wait for about 30 minutes, patiently standing near an employee trying to inquire about how to buy a laptop. Everyone tells me everyone is busy. I ask if I can be put in a queue so I know someone is coming to help me eventually. They say, “no just stand by the computers” I literally had to beg 3-4 employees to help me. I was literally like “ I have $3,000 please take my money and give me a laptop.” I asked the person who finally was able to help me if the computer came with a three-prong extender or if I would have to buy it separately and he just responded “I don’t know” with no follow up of “I’ll find out”. Honestly don’t waste your time here, you would be better off buying a product online.

Apple and uBreakiFix completely destroyed my trust. I was misled into thinking the shop was authorized by Apple — then Apple acted like they didn’t know. They do know and refuse to fix it. Loyal customers deserve better. #Apple #BadApples #uBreakiFix

Apparently the explanation for inconsistent ios results between two of the same model iPhone and ios versions was, “it’s not working as it should.” My questions beyond that were met with an agressive, “You’re not listening to me.” Then the tech disabled anti theft without first asking me if we wanted to wait the hour it would take to complete. The tech had just successfully done what we needed to personally do ourselves and why Apple Support had directed us to the Apple Store. So we sat there for an hour unnecessarily to do something the tech had already succeeded in doing without disabling anti theft. I will not be returning to this store, no way, no how.

My appointment was at 7:20pm I showed up at 6pm
Apple was backed up and they couldn’t get to my phone until next day due to this .
I spoke with Eric (store manager) and he got me right in and told me several times I might not be able to make this happen but he did and I’m highly grateful for this .
I need my phone like anyone else does ?.
Eric thanks man I highly recommend this store .

Remember leaving an Apple Store after a Genius Bar reservation being so glad you chose Apple products because although expensive the customer service was good. Gone. Seemed like 80 people working here and still totally outnumbered. Sometimes too many people makes it worse. Strange walk in with no one making eye contact. Used to have a greeter and some decorum. I came by a few years ago before it opened and they were all getting a pep talk and I told that manager well done once it opened folks seemed to have clear mission. Evening shift - bad night or Maybe the managers go home early but seems like this place needs leaders. Watched some staff mocking customers. Been with Apple since 2006. After this, def Going garmin watch for sure. Bose head phones. Probably just laptop going forward. Thank god for competition. Based on what I saw here - seems like place needs to fix customer service. $89 minimum to fix 2 yr old air pod pro 1 or they tried to upsell me on 220 AirPod pro 2 before even taking a look.Shareholders and dividends lololol. My first pair of EarPods still work 5+ years later. Worse products for more $ lol. Pass. Actual rep cleaned them out and diagnosed problem. Just need to push harder down to seat them before charging. Thanks for that person. Overall . Dynamics amongst coworkers seemed strained. No smiles smirks or banter while i was there. Some Customers were rough and jumping likes and that must get tiring but the rest of us suffer.

Worst place on the planet to buy. Arrogant attendants! They think they are richer than Apple owners. Do you know a salesperson at a designer store who thinks he's rich? In this store you will be humiliated to be able to buy any item!
I recommend the Boca Raton store for humanized service!

Got text saying I was ready to be seen. Proceeded to wait another 30 min to be seen. Lady comes out to run diagnostic test, diagnostic test not working and tells me basically there’s nothing they can do. Never use this Apple Store
