We purchased several pieces of furniture back in August from Magali. At the time of the sale, she was extremely helpful, and she told me that the expected date of arrival would be October 1. Then after we purchased the items the expected date of arrival change to October 31 obviously that was a big change, but I let it slide. Now our new arrival day ( maybe) is November 15 . By now, I have sold all My existing furniture and I cannot get a date of arrival confirmed. Today I called the store, I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told that he was very busy, he never even called me back, although I explained to the person that answered the phone that it was pretty urgent. This is atrocious Customer Service and I would advise anyone intending to buy furniture about this issue. This is not the first time I purchased furniture in my life, and I although I understand the delays this is unacceptable. I do hope that I can get some help from Corporate at this point as nobody else is responding. Mind you, the took payment pretty quickly back in August but no furniture is even confirmed to be delivered .

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Arhaus Furniture in Palm Beach Gardens to furnish parts of our new home including our great room dining room master bedroom and Main entryway. We were Blown Away by the exceptional service and the expertise we received from the entire team.
One of the things that truly stood out to us was the unique and beautiful selections available at Arhaus. The furniture is truly one of a kind and not found in most furniture stores. The level of quality is also exceptionally high, and it is clear that every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail.
We have a habit of hiring a designer with each new home we purchase and although Lily Gayo and Beth Rendell were primarily involved in our lighting and furniture purchases, they were by far the best designers we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their expertise, creativity, and attention to detail was exceptional and they truly understood our style and preferences. We were impressed by their ability to balance our desires with their expert knowledge of design principles and trends.
We not only purchase stunning Furniture pieces, but also fantastic lighting fixtures that added A Touch of Elegance to our home. We fell in love with three stunning entry for your lighting fixtures, as well as beautiful lighting for our kitchen island, dining room, and great room. The lighting fixtures were perfect finishing touches to our newly finished spaces.
The sales team, Magali and Danielle Swanson, will also outstanding. They demonstrated a deep understanding of the our house product line and were able to answer all of our questions and provide guidance throughout the purchasing process...they were all so fun to work with! Their knowledge and expertise made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.
Overall, we were extremely impressed with the service and knowledge provided by the entire team at our house furniture in Palm Beach Gardens including Lily Beth Magali and Danielle who all went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our purchases and we couldn't be happier with the results.
We highly recommend Arhaus Furniture and the team we worked with to anyone looking for exceptional furniture exceptional design expertise and true customer care. Ruth. Lily, Magali and Danielle...THANKYOU!!

Nicole at Arhaus has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She helped us furnish almost our entire home and made the whole process so easy and fun. I am reviewing your beautiful store at the Gardens Mall. I was very lucky to work with an amazing and creative decorator, Amy Razavi. She helped me select and coordinate the most beautiful furniture. Her expertise help me create the vision for my family room, dining room, master bedroom and lighting for my home. The style, textures and coordination of delivery made the experience so easy. This is one of my favorite Arhaus showrooms! I’ve been to ones out of state and Boca, but this showroom is by far one of the more organized and well designed. The staff is always very helpful as I and usually looking for furniture for my clients and need a one on one approach which I always get. Alex Lainas is always so beyond helpful. He takes his time to understand mine and my clients needs. It’s hard to create a vision but Alex makes that process seamless and takes his time to help me place my orders and follows up with my clients once their furniture orders are placed. He’s keen to keeping them updated which is so beyond what other associates at other furniture stores would do. Not usual when shopping for furniture from other stores. As a designer, their trade program is amazing. I would recommend the trade to all designers and contractors.
Highly recommend this location!

We rediscovered the Showroom and were lucky enough to discover Roxy. What a delight. Her knowledge throughout the line has been more than helpful. Our first project was a personal project. She has been very adept at catering to my wife, as well as my Designer needs and wishes. I would consider her an asset to the showroom and to your company goals. Roxy and Lily were amazing! They spent hours helping me with my dining room and living room choices. Everything from renderings to finishes and fabrics. They were extremely patient, helpful and lovely to work with. Chefs kiss experience! Can’t wait for my new furnishings.
