We went to this location on January 19, 2025, to help my father (who is a senior citizen btw) with his AT&T account after he lost his phone. The whole process was so frustrating—AT&T’s only solution is to send a code to the lost phone, which makes no sense. How can someone provide a code for a phone they don’t have? There really should be other ways to verify accounts, especially for seniors.
On top of that, one of the employees, Brandon, was completely rude and unprofessional. He called my father a "moron" to his coworker, loud enough for us to hear. It was beyond disrespectful and made an already stressful situation so much worse.
Honestly, this experience was awful. AT&T needs to do better—both with their policies and their customer service.

This has been our store for 6 years now, great service, knowledgeable staff. Our last visit Shaquera handled our purchase for two aged phones and walked us through the transfer of phone data and we scored an iPad! All on 30 minutes! Thank you AT&T and Shaquera!

They lowered my current bill without me even asking about that
I was in and out in 20 mins with my new phone and a cheaper bill for my existing lines

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at the AT&T store was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share. The manager, Kevin, went above and beyond to ensure my visit was nothing short of outstanding.
He took the time to make sure I got the maximum trade-in value for my device and patiently answered all of my questions with clarity and professionalism. Kevin’s attentiveness and dedication truly exceeded my expectations of what great customer service looks like.
This was one of those rare occasions where I left feeling genuinely valued as a customer. Kudos to Kevin and the team for making my experience so seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this location, and I’ll definitely be back!
