Kevin at the AT&T store here told me that my trade in would be valued at $750 and that the mark on my phone was just a scratch. I confirmed with him a few times before completing the order for my new phone. I come back into the store, and he tells me that he never took the case off and never confirmed the price.It’s absolutely frustrating.

Larry was super unprofessional during the service, he was constantly complaining about helping my friend do a phone call to the At&t general service. His complaining was because he wanted to use his phone to play games, watch videos instead of working and that the sale was not in his name.

Much love to Shanique, Kevin, Micheal,Vereen (I think that’s his name) and all other associates at this branch on Northlake/ guys you went over and beyond to help me and my husband to get our service back. You guys displayed the true meaning of Customer Service even when your head office(611)was being mean to you guys, you took it like a true champ for us. Thank you guys so much. Keep doing what you do

On the surface, the sales reps are super helpful, but then I found out they sold me a plan that did not include a mobile hotspot when I specifically said twice that I use my mobile hotspot. Not happy at all that now I have to change my plan and pay more for something I thought was already included.ETA: Based on the management's reply below, I fail to see how they can "turn my experience around." In hindsight, it's obvious the sales reps are pushing only certain plans probably because of some kind of incentive and with the management's full cooperation because even the manager made sure the sales rep was signing me up for that particular plan. And even though I specifically told the sales rep I used a mobile hot spot while at work, not once did she mention that was NOT included in the plan they were pushing and never suggested an alternative that did offer it. I had to find this out the first time I tried to turn on the mobile hot spot and was told that I needed to upgrade my plan, one that cost more money. So I don't see how they can "fix the experience" because it's too late now.

I had a horrible experience at the AT&T Store on Northlake Boulevard today January 7th, 2023. I have been told a few days earlier at the same store that my addition of an old phone I owned back on to my account would cost $10 a month. Today, the representative that was assigned to me named Donald told me it would be $30 a month.When I complained, the manager Drew who is on this website corrected Donald and said that the default when looking up an additional charge is to assume Auto billing and paperless billing which may be why the previous representative a few days earlier had said it would only be $10 a month.. Drew said If I were to opt for auto billing and paperless billing the charge to add the phone would actually be zero in my particular situation. I decided to add the phone without Auto billing and paperless billing today which could be added later according to Drew.I was then assigned a different representative who was pretty good and not as rude as Donald. However, when he went through the process of setting up the phone he got to a point where he could not go any further because he did not know the PUK code. He was just about ready to give up when I said I will call billing support myself and try to find out the code. I made that call and of course it took a long time to get the code and I additionally had to get the network unlock code.I was successful in getting that done and after a few hours of effort I was ready to walk out the door with the new phone working. I went over and asked for a business card and told them I was planning to file a complaint that they did not seem to know how to do this technical matter.Andrew was the name given to me which is the manager named Drew. He then told me it was not their job to unlock phones which is incorrect because I provided him with the passcodes to unlock the phone.The issue had to do with a PUK code that is needed for their new SIM card on the new telephone line that I was adding. Drew falsely implied that I was at fault when that was not the case because I was told that they could make my phone work and it certainly makes sense that if their SIM card is what caused the need for a PUK code, that certainly had nothing to do with me being unable to unlock the phone.When I said I was going to file a complaint Drew became aggressive and asked me to leave the store which I was about to do anyway. I admit I did use the word b******* when he claimed that it was not their job to unlock the phone even though it was their new SIM card that was causing the problem.I have been a customer of AT&T for probably around 40 years and have been at that particular store on Northlake Boulevard many many times over the years since it's existence. I have never encountered such poor customer service from two of the three people that I encountered including the manager Drew. I would highly recommend going to a different store if you can to avoid the same problems I encountered.

Larry is great, he helped me with my two new phones, he has an excellent vibe and speaks two languages which is a plus, since I speak English and Spanish.

The woman who helped me was great. She fixed my problem immediately, unlike the gentleman at the Gardens Mall location who refused to even try to help me. That was a terrible experience.
