I don’t even want people to know that this is a great location because I don’t want it to be too busy lol but it’s a great location! Fred is so wonderful, quick, and sweet even with my wild toddler tearing up the store.

The Palm Beach Gardens Mall AT&T store has the most impressive team that I have ever seen in retail!
Not only are they amazingly attentive, their independent and combined knowledge is shocking!
I’m not a review writer but after multiple consistent visits I had too!
The team is just that a team, they are like a happy family!
All of you guys are the best, thank you!
I was just looking through other reviews and noticed a pattern, they are either a 5 or a 1. The common themes in the negative reviews are, inattentive, lazy, being told that the person is off the clock, ECT.
TOTAL MISS-READ, they probably are off the clock meaning logged out of system. This group is so tight that they wait after their shift for the others to either do something together or help where they can. Just because they are employees and there doesn’t necessarily mean that they can grab an iPad and check you out.
THE ENTIRE TEAM, including top store managers, some who had clocked out earlier all stayed 30-45 minutes AFTER closing to solve my problems! Half of them were off the clock and they were all going to dinner together!
Now that’s the kind of team I want to work with!

The attention was excellent, first with Shamara, who was very kind, then another very kind man came, I think his name is Michael, and finally we were able to count on the help of Daniela, who was also very kind and resolved everything for us in a very efficient and fast way! I really recommend this store.
