Matthew Casey is amazing. He was able to fix my problem of not receiving incoming emails when another att store, your 611 phone service, Microsoft phone service , IPhone phone and in store was not able to fix it. There is not enough thank you to express my appreciation for fixing this problem in the most professional and courtesy manor. Excellent customer service skills. I purchased the phone from this store and will be back in 7 months when I’m ready for my upgrade.

Says it open until 6 on Sunday but I got here at 5:30 and the door is locked (all the lights are on, though. Including the open sign). Nobody answered when I knocked or called the store. Tried for 10 minutes then gave up.

I would have given a 5 for my overall satisfaction at the store instead of a 3, but the rep charged and signed me up for extra service I did not want and didn't even ask me. I believe he was getting commission on signing me up for this. WRONG and shady. Also do not like how they sit behind a desk and u cannot see the screen that they r working on and they r in ur account!!!!! Local store front in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

I went to the AT&T store in Palm Beach Gardens to purchase a new iPhone. Thanks to Matt I had a wonderful & seamless experience. I wish more people had people skills like Matt. Both Mike and his sales associate were MORE than patient and helpful solving any and all of my issues, they both had a very welcoming and fun attitude and created an amazing atmosphere while waiting for support lines and other things out of their control. They made every process very seamless and painless with excellent communication skills. They were able to both solve my issues AND complete my purchases in a timely manner and have earned a regular customer at this location and all of the praises i could give.

Overall great experience. Regardless , phone stores suck up a lot of valuable time but this place is efficient. They know their stuff. Had me in and out in no time. Extremely knowledgeable staff.
