The lady with red hair is so rude and has no costumer service skills. I will never be going back to this location.

I'm an avid user of this drive-thru ATM. I've only ever visited the lobby once. Albeit, that one visit has a special place in my heart because it was the day I bought my first home. Granted, I recall going bat you know what crazy as wire transfers weren't the norm during that era. I must have received 5-6 calls from my realtor regarding the amount I needed at closing..:: needless to say, I prefer visiting the ATM. ;) The drive-thru ATM is easy to maneuver and there's also a walk-up ATM at the front of the bank.

This is the worst Bank of America. I unfortunately have to come in here often for business because it is the closest one, and you would think with only having 2 starts on Yelp and people constantly complaining about the same thing that they would try and fix or become better. They are as bad as Walmart. They have 5 teller lanes and ALWAYS one person working them (what's the point). On a good day you may get 2 but that's it's. I guess the best customer service you can get is waiting in line for almost 30 minutes these days. Please hire more people!!!

Horrific bank branch with their changing hours at their own discretion because of a lousy excuse from the China virus. Not serving your customers and not being open during normal business hours on a THURSDAY. You should be ashamed of your lack of customer service and lack of staff working at your bank branch. I give your bank a F rating and think you should shutdown this Branch of Bank of America for not being capable of staffing enough employees to work hours during a normal business week and not being able to serve your customers needs.

Is there a rating below zero? I stopped by to cash a check at 3:30 and presented it to the single cashier on duty. She said that she would have to let her manager to approve it because of the high amount (only $2000) and told me to take a seat. After 10 minutes, I went back to the cashier and said I had waited long enough. The "manager" walked up at that time and said that she could not cash it. I replied that I had cashed a duplicate check only a month ago at a different branch without problem. She said this one was "different" and could not cash it today. Since she had not seen that other check, this means she was lying. I asked if she could cash it tomorrow. Again, she said no. I took the check and said she was an idiot and departed. This cashier and "manager" are lying idiots at best or incompetent. Pathetic!I went to a different BOA branch 4 miles away and got in the door at 3:55pm and cashed it without trouble.By the way, the 3 people who graded this branch with 5 starts most likely work there or are friends. No way anyone can give this branch 5 stars for such lousy customer service.

12 people in line... 2 slow slow moving bankers.. managers tucked away in offices while bankers struggle.. this is ideal banking at its finest.

I'd give them no stars if I could. I've been banking with BoA for a long time and simply needed something notarized. I was the only one waiting and after waiting over 20 minutes, I asked if the notary was still working. A sharp faced woman named Melissa who was the notary called from her EMPTY office that she would be with me when she was done doing whatever was in front of her on her computer. I waited another 5 minutes and left. Other locations are much nicer and more efficient.

Worst experience every time I go in. No one greets you or checks you in. They move like snails, with no urgency. I can't walk in to that bank one more time. The girl who should check you in doesn't and then has no idea of who is next to sit with a banker. Go to another bank if you're in a rush.

Big zero - I agree. Slow, slow, sloooooow. Do they know anything about operating a bank?? I doubt it!!! Don't waste your time by walking into this zombie branch BOA. Bring a book and be prepared to camp out for a couple hours if you do.

Every time it's the same thing. Doesn't matter if theres a short or long line, you will be waiting, don't go on your lunchbreak, you'll waste the whole time there. There is no good time to go, its unfortunate.

Bank of America needs to hire employees that know how to treat customers.
