This is a good bank, and the service and kindness they offered me was outstanding especially 3 persons Ms Ana from Peru, Mr Ruben and Mr Franklin they helped me a lot untill the point that really really got amazed ! And I am not joking!It is a good bank and the service they gave me was something that really exceeded my expectations. Miss Ana, Mr. Ruben and Mr. Frankling make a good team, very good service. If you go to this bank, ask for them and you will see that I am not cheating!

We opened a checking account at this branch. The bank opening process was smooth with Caroline. Later i did not received my debit card so i tried to call and get one to realize Caroline messed up the account when opening it. She added my cad to my wife’s account and hers to mine. Now after calling here she said it could be done online while story is we have to go bank again for simple order the debit card. I believe what the comments people are writing online is true. Im extremely disappointed with the service I received.

I opened two accounts with BOA after being with Wells Fargo for 20+ years. Caroline was really nice when I went to the branch and opened the accounts . She even gave me her phone number and email to reach her ANYTIME with any questions.But after the accounts were opened, she didn't put add one account to my ATM card to I could access it through the ATM. She wouldn't answer my emails and text messages and haven't heard back from her in weeks.She also charged me $15 for an ATM card for a brand new account.So glad I didn't close my Wells Fargo account.I am closing this BOA and going back to Wells Fargo.I don't appreciate the hidden fees and the ignored calls and texts. The branch doesnt answer the phone either.I THOUGHT BOA was better than this.

I came here Dec 23 2021 to cash a check I received from Geico and had to wait in line for about 30 minutes because only one out of the five or so employees they had working was working the counter.There was eleven customers waiting for service before the line started moving.20 minutes before closing I finally made it to the counter and their scanner or whatever they use to verify the check wouldn't read it.The manager told me that it was a bad check and wouldn't cash it. He said I have to deposit it into my account where I bank at.I then asked him if he could type the numbers in to verify it and he said he wouldn't do it.I then was embarrassed because I had to walk out of the bank past the other customers with my head down looking like I was trying to cash a fake check before Christmas.Luckily I made it to the PGA and Prosperity location before they closed.They had the same problem with their scanner but they verified the check the good old-fashioned way with their fingertips by typing and I was able to get it cashed.

i’m here to pay rent. on the website it states that they are open til 1pm. it’s 1053am. drive thru is never open and their hours posted online are a lie.

Very short staffed, only 2 tellers. I waited in line for 15 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. This happens every time I come to this location.

I'm an avid user of this drive-thru ATM. I've only ever visited the lobby once. Albeit, that one visit has a special place in my heart because it was the day I bought my first home. Granted, I recall going bat you know what crazy as wire transfers weren't the norm during that era. I must have received 5-6 calls from my realtor regarding the amount I needed at closing..:: needless to say, I prefer visiting the ATM. ;) The drive-thru ATM is easy to maneuver and there's also a walk-up ATM at the front of the bank.

This is the worst Bank of America. I unfortunately have to come in here often for business because it is the closest one, and you would think with only having 2 starts on Yelp and people constantly complaining about the same thing that they would try and fix or become better. They are as bad as Walmart. They have 5 teller lanes and ALWAYS one person working them (what's the point). On a good day you may get 2 but that's it's. I guess the best customer service you can get is waiting in line for almost 30 minutes these days. Please hire more people!!!

Tried calling multiple times throughout the day to get a person but just rings then recording. Terrible customer service. THIS IS WHY I DO NOT AND NOW WILL NOT BANK WITH THEM! CHASE ALL THE WAY!

Do not go to this bank! It ate my card for absolutely no reason. And this is exactly why I do not like Bank of America
