I made a purchase for my family to pick up and since they were going out of town, they called the PGA store TWICE to make sure they could still pick up the order. Both calls, on different days with different people assured my family that they would hold the order. When they went to pick up the order, the manager, Lexi was very rude and unapologetic about cancelling the order doing nothing to take accountability for her store’s errors, offering no solutions just attitude. I know this because I called afterwards to ask if there was anything she could do for the inconvenience and she had attitude with me on the phone as well, talking to me loudly and in a condescending tone. I don’t know why excellent customer service can’t be universal amongst all stores but this manager and location definitely doesn’t have it. What a shame.

I recently tried to take back a few plug ins to be replaced because they stopped working. I first asked a young man setting up a display, he looked at me like I had 3 eyes and said "everything breaks sooner or later" ,I explained to him they weren't that old, purchased less then a yr ago and asked to speak to a manager. She was very rude, had an attitude before she even opened her mouth and said " oh well we don't do that anymore " I was polite and said okay thanks. It wasn't so much that they wouldn't exchange them it was how I was approached and her rude attitude.
BTW, I later looked on the website and it says they do trade them out. Maybe it's just that store in Palm Beach Gardens mall?..

Honestly the best experience I have ever had at bath and body works. I drive close to 45 minutes just to go here over any local store due to exceptional customer service, a manager that actually cares about his store and employees that go out of their way to help and go above and beyond.

Omg! This is one of the best bbw. From the ambience to the workers. I went there Friday and the whole staff was so helpful and informative. They didn’t rush one lady came from behind the counter to help me find something.

I went in yesterday to get an air freshener for my car but I walked out with wayyyy more! Brandy in the candle dept really really helped me out with choosing the right scent for me! 10/10 bbw! All the girls helped me out a lot but brandy was truly amazing!
