Not a serious business. Sign papers to open one type of account, next day they notify you they changed it to a completely different account. Waste of time.

Bait and switch. Open one type of account, next day they call you and unilaterally renegotiate the whole deal. If you don't like it, it's $25 to close the account within 90 days of opening.
