ATM took my money, said we currently don’t accept cash deposits. And spit out my card. Don’t make atm deposits here if you want to keep your cash. Banks are literally stealing money at this point. Luckily my deposit wasn’t a lot. Make your deposits in person.

I ended up at this branch by chance because it's the only Chase near me with the appointment I needed. I'm so glad I came to this location. l'm greeted as soon as I walk in.I opened a Chase Business Checking acct with Shakara Mentor. She was the most delightful, friendliest and most thorough banker I've had the pleasure of working with.She was so great that I scheduled an appointment to open a teen checking for my son the same week. I hope to be back again soon to open another account for my daughter. If this is what I can come to expect from a bank and its bankers, I think I will be content banking at Chase. Especially at this location. Everyone seems friendly and polite. This was a positive experience compared to my past experience at other banks/locations.

After a recent move to FL I opened a checking acct. with Chase. Last week I made a bank-to-bank transfer/deposit in a timely fashion, all rules followed. Chase chose to (a) deny the transaction a day later, (b) lock my account a day after that, and, -deal killer- (c) did not notify me of any of this.The recourse given me, once I discovered that putting money in a bank account was considered 'suspicious activity' by Chase, was to call a number. Wait time, you ask? Over 50 minutes. (Apparently the most profitable bank in America can't afford sufficient customer service people.)They did deign to unlock my account and also allowed me to make the deposit, but offered neither apology nor explanation.On the bright side I have no problem with the staff at this branch, all quite professional, and Chase does offer a snappy-looking web site. So there's that.
