I opened my personal accounts in December, then returned to open a business account. I was thoroughly impressed with banking staff and onsite security guard. Donna was extremely helpful when assisting with account opening. Her professionalism and patient demeanor was much appreciated as she walked me through the chase app and other banking offers. Thank you JP Morgan Chase Bank, I am truly a HAPPY CUSTOMER ?

I didn't now u had to have appointments to open a checking account..but they helped me out without the appointment.

The drive up ATM machine isn't working but when it does work it usually takes 30 minutes to make a deposit!! Definitely need new ATM machineS outside!!! This is the line since the drive up ATM machine isn't working and the line is longer behind me!

My wife and I find the attention given to us in the area of customer service from the bank personnel itself and the assistance from the investment strategist are first rate. We have never been to a bank that provides such friendly, helpful assistance and one that makes recommendations based on the needs of its clients not simply on the fact that a certain service is available to the client just because of the amount of his/her deposits. We feel that we can approach them with any need and an effort will be made to accommodate us or work with us. We're quite pleased with the attention and interest we've received concerning our accounts with them and look forward to having a rewarding experience with Chase Morgan. We would definitely recommend Chase Morgan to anyone looking for a bank with more options than the simple, every day ones that can be found in the vast majority of banks.

I deposited my money in the ATM machine there only for it to have taken my money. As I waited for the transaction to close, the machine just shut down without giving me a receipt and rebooted itself with a updated version while I was sitting there watching., It definitely has a malfunction. However, I called chase to give me a temporary credit of my own cash deposit that was my hard earned money until they open up the machine and see my deposit stuck in there, but no!!! They told me that I would have to wait 10 business days to get a credit!!! Not when it’s my cash!! They have cameras, they should check them!!! Wth….this day was a nightmare! Don’t ever use their ATM at the drive up!

Every time I try to deposit a check they hold it for 10 days I've had this account for 4 years and I can't get a check deposited without a hold. Worse off I can't even get somebody on the phone on the right line to close the account for me. Feels like they don't care about me. They're holding a cashier's check there's absolutely no reason to ever hold a cashier's check

No one can do anything from bank anymore. When I call cuz card was lost. They say busy and to call back. I think that stinks cuz I can't get to my own money. Called just to see how I could. And they r busy. And hang up.53rd bank is no better. This must be the normal anymore for banking. It stinks big time!!!
