Customer service horrendous. They shared my account information over the phone to someone else besides me without my consent. Privacy was violated. Avoid this branch.

I went in on a busy morning without an appointment and the team was still welcoming and took the time to help me schedule an appointment for later.I met with Evan F. - he was very patient, informative, and professional. He and the team did a great job of juggling all the customers coming in while still dedicating attention to each individual. Evan even called me later to follow up on a question I had. Thank you for providing great service!I Googled the bank before arriving and it was very easy to spot. There were plenty of close parking spots and the lobby & offices were very clean. Great looking place – you can tell they take pride in their space.

Poor service. I went for a notary service and the Notary couldnt even include my legal name how its shown in my licence, even when I pointed her mistake she didnt want and didnt fix it.

Used to love this Chase branch. Then they refused to accept a deposit for my account. The manager didn't like my tone when I get upset, and threatened to close my account. Blackmail, deception and absolutely horrid customer service. If you bank with chase, steer clear of this branch.

Had a great experience at this Chase location. I have had personal accounts with Chase for years, and went in to open business accounts. I was greeted immediately and able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Shawna H was friendly, proficient, and knowledgable. She helped me to open my new accounts, answered all my questions, and followed up via email on items we had discussed. Great experience!

Your atm has my card stuck on it and had to wait 1hr on hold to cancel my card so I could drive away and leave it there in case it was unharmed later. Never in 20 years of using ATMs has this happened. I just switched to chase a few months ago so maybe its something normal I'm not aware of ?

Drive-thru experience is absolutely horrible, it is always a very very long wait with the tellers just standing around. They always seem to have an attitude, like helping a customer make a deposit is bothering them from just standing around. I've been timing them and from the time I get to the window it's on average 15-20mins until I'm done. My other banks at most 5mins to do the same deposit. This is unheard of.

I wanted to get information about opening an account, and then a bank employee came and asked me questions in front of the customers, loudly for everyone to hear.Then I asked if we could sit down somewhere, laughingly the answer was no because there were 3 people waiting in front of me. I don't understand what he meant, I would tell him in detail about my private sphere in 1 minute, while the clients are waiting for him? Then why did he come there at all? Why didn't he deal with the waiting people? I understand that it's a high-traffic bank branch, but it is still possible to organize to give information in a nice ethical way...

After booking my appointment and waiting a week because they are so busy my appointment was set for 12:30 I was sitting there for 30 minutes and still they were not ready for me horrible branch don’t waste your time pick another branch to set your appointment
