Chico's provides amazing customer service, even on their busiest days. The staff goes above and beyond to help customers find clothes that fit well and see themselves in a new light. They offer helpful encouragement, support, and are excellent at putting outfits together. Customers describe having a wonderful time shopping and note the beautiful store. Many express gratitude for the helpful service and state they will return for any shopping needs.
I came to the Gardens Mall store on Black Friday which is probably one of their busiest days and the customer service was amazing! Much better than their other stores on any given day.
