This is Walmart not Citbank. Employees have no class. Whatever happened to costumer service in this country?

Worst client service. From the top level Ed Viegas to mid level - Daniel Portuondo.
There is no relationship management. You will be told “call the 1800 #.”
Even if you schedule an appointment with Daniel and he doesn’t call you he will say it was a “casual appointment.”
Ed, Daniel’s boss, will tell you he’ll call too and never do so.
If you ask for their superior, Daniel will tell you that he’s not client facing.
If this is the kind of service you want then go ahead, but I would say save time, energy and frustration go elsewhere.
I can see why this branch has 2 stars.

Less than one star - After multiple years with no problems, I had to call the Police, and close my account ... they could not have made it all more difficult for me ... shame on them

THIS BRANCH DOES NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS!
I contacted a national Citi Gold representative for assistance in contacting this Palm Beach Gardens branch. The representative could NOT EVEN GET THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE. Very frustrating!

I would like to express my deep disappointment with how Citibank handled my recent dispute with ZARA. I made a purchase totaling $514.76 and paid for super express shipping, which promised delivery within two business days. However, ZARA never delivered my complete order.
I received only part of the order on May 9th, while the remaining items were never shipped. I made over ten phone calls and engaged in numerous live chat sessions with ZARA customer service, but never received a concrete response or delivery date. I requested the cancellation of the undelivered items, but ZARA neither processed my cancellation request nor provided confirmation.
I opened a dispute with Citibank, which took two months to review the case. ZARA provided misleading information to Citibank, including a photo of the partial delivery and claims that the remaining items were in the warehouse. Despite this, Citibank accepted ZARA’s response and closed the dispute in their favor.
I am extremely frustrated with Citibank’s decision to ignore clear evidence that ZARA did not fulfill their obligations. Citibank should protect its customers from unfair business practices, but in this case, it failed to do so. I request that Citibank reopen the case and conduct a more thorough investigation to ensure a fair resolution.
If Citibank cannot resolve this issue satisfactorily, I will consider ending my banking relationship and looking for a bank that truly values its customers and handles disputes fairly and transparently.
I await an immediate response and action.

Do NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. The Branch manager is a horrible person and a horrible business woman.Noelia N Logarzo is unprofessional and most of all Rude…They provided me with a computer printout to get a letter of satisfaction and it was the wrong address and I had to have it overnighted and it was sent back to me cause the address was incorrect when I brought the overnight envelope back to show the back she said” that’s not my problem”……

Absolutely appalling experience. I am a professional agent/representative and end of life doula/practitioner. I delivered in person the original power of attorney for review. Keep in mind I live 4 hours away. They needed to see it in person which is a violation of Florida Statute as financial institutions are to accept electronic copies and in case any one is unaware, Florida offer remote online notarization services so those documents are always digital. I did drive down to meet in person with Murshida Uddin who immediately took the papers and spoke to the manager, Noelia. Noelia never got up to meet me or ask any questions. This was a Friday afternoon. Instantly, I could sense something amiss. My client is a multimillionaire and they don’t want his account to go else where so they can float his funds and generate interest. The following Monday morning, the Polk Co. Sheriff’s Office is called to my clients residence as I was there to verify if I was my clients PoA as Noelia contacted PCSO to report suspected elder abuse. This also violated my clients health information (HIPAA violation). I was mortified as the neighbors see me coming out of the home being questioned like a criminal.Needless to say, litigation is in process against Citi, Murshida, Noelia and the legal team at Citi for failing to provide me in 4 business days a decision. Today is day 7. This is another violation of Florida State Statute.Murshida also is very rude and hangs up on you when you call.KNOW WHERE YOU BANK AT AS THIS BRANCH and FINANCIAL INSTITUTION VIOLATES MANY STATUTES.

No one answers the phone! That's what you get with global banking! Smaller community banks have better services
