We had the most wonderful experience with Cody at Claire’s! He pierced my daughter’s ears with the white gold diamond studs and was incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process. He even gave her a Bluey stuffed animal to hold, which made her feel so much more comfortable. After it was all done, she gave him a big hug and that says it all!
This is exactly why we always come to Claire’s.

I’ve never seen two girls so patent. I’ve never met anyone who was so helpful and made my granddaughter calm down like they did. They even stayed open later to pierce her. I believe their names were Elia and Trinity. I would give 25 stars if I could!

I visited the other day and the two women were wonderful. I believe it was Ellie and elia? They had very similar names. Both were very friendly and assertive. Greeting you when you walk in and giving you a basket and asking if you need help. The store is very clean and well organized compared to others I have been to. The shelves are always stocked with the newest best stuff and sometimes this store seems to get it quicker then other Claire’s in the area. These women deserve the recognition as their hard work shows off.

I haven’t been to Claire’s in a while and my experience was superior. Taylor did a great job on me and boyfriend piercings. She was really detailed how to take care of them and helped us check out some gifts for my family. Thank you so much for the awesome service.

I purchased a gummy bear water bottle for my child’s birthday, which she chose herself. The bottle was dropped in my house on Sunday, and it immediately broke and started leaking. This material seems extremely cheap, especially for a product designed for kids, who are bound to drop their water bottles. How does it make sense to sell a product for $26 that can’t withstand a single drop? This feels like a rip-off.

Ellie, the Store Manager at our local Claire's is an absolute superstar and deserves all the recognition —and then some! Every time I step into the store, she’s there with a big smile and a willingness to help that’s hard to find these days. Ellie doesn’t just do her job; she goes above and beyond every single time. Whether it’s finding the perfect accessory or making my daughter feel comfortable during her ear piercing, Ellie handles it all with professionalism and care. She knows her stuff and makes the whole experience fun and stress-free. I recommend her to everyone I know, and they all come back raving about her too. Ellie pierced my daughters ears today. She was so wonderful and she even made sure to take care of other customers in the store while I filled out paperwork… she was so adorable and gentle! Thank you Ellie!
