“People go to department stores and are completely nasty and rude ... I go to Ross on Northlake alot. I remember the Johnna Whelihan situation. The security guard let her know the DOLLY could not go outside ... Everyone knows the carts don't go outside due to the pole, it was a DOLLY ... She let her know she couldn't allow her to take it out her manager told her and she did try to solve it by calling the manager. Those ladies was rude, she was asked how they would carry it to the car she said unfortunately her job doesn't let her go outside and that made them even more angry and rude. People get greeted and don't even acknowledge those guys at the front. And then get online with a bad review. The nerves of people. Ross needs more cashier's and managers that care about how they staff are being treated. Angie is rude, Nadia is rude, Raymond is rude and the store manager let them be that way. That's the only thing to be fixed.”
“I wanted to share a story about an amazing experience with Ashley, the store manager, of Vagabond Apparel Boutique. I ordered a hat online and it was promptly and carefully packaged and shipped USPS. The shipment was delayed and seemed lost due to the fault of USPS. I called and spoke to Ashley, she said she would investigate the problem and would also hold an identical hat until she could find out where my shipment was and if the shipment was lost she would ship the replacement hat at no charge. Luckily, USPS did find the box and my hat was delivered. Ashley updated me throughout the whole process also emailed me after I received my shipment to make sure the hat fit properly as I was unsure if I needed the small or medium when I had placed my order. She went over and beyond to help me with my purchase, the store is lucky to have her as the manager. I will be a loyal Vagabond Apparel shopper from now on!”

“Vineyard Vines of Palm Beach Florida is a awesome store which features both adult and youth clothing. The styles are of that who enjoys boating, the beach or just everyday wear. There store is quite unique with the register area shape like a boat and other nautical items all around. The clothes a re nice and extremely colorful. The store is located in the Palm Beach Mall.”
“We came in to visit from out of town and decided to check out this location - from the moment we walked in, we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed assistance. After browsing for a few minutes, I quickly found some things I liked for my partner and asked for them to be taken to a dressing room while I kept shopping. They were super accomodating and made sure we found everything we were looking for. When I went to browse the lady's section for myself, Stefan (Stephon?) was extremely helpful and helped me pick out some items for myself. I expressed some issues with the pants I tried and asked for something else and he found 2 perfect pairs for me. He even hunted down a skirt I wanted in a different size for like 20 minutes! We spent the better part of an afternoon buying our fall wardrobe there and it was well worth it. I will only be coming back to shop BR at THIS location. The selection, service and atmosphere was top notch and I am so grateful to EVERY staff member who helped us. M & A”

“The store in located in Palm Beach Gardens Mall on the second floor for you all big holiday spenders. Our flight was delayed, and off we went to the Mall for Holiday shopping. Funny, my daughter and wife's radar led us to Chanel. I must say, the staff was lovely and security was friendly. The selection of jewelry and bags were wonderful according to my wide and daughter. I must say I did like their choices in earrings, and I was surprised that is all we bought. I thought the cost of the earrings were good considering what I might of thought I might spend. For several weeks, I had been shopping for shoes for a potential business meeting that I was unsure would ever occur. I had visited this Ferragamo location twice, and it was my second visit that I found the most surprisingly enjoyable. The sales representative that assisted me was just wonderful and very accommodating. It was the best shopping experienced I have had ever, and I am not fond of shopping for myself at all. Although Ferragamo offers luxury high-end Italian goods, the store requires representation that lives up to their brand, and the sales representative that assisted me was that person”
