Tyler and the rest of the Cold Shoulder crew are very great people. Always up beat and great vibes in the store. Definitely my favorite sneaker store I’ve been too and always visit when I go to West Palm Beach. Would 100% recommend stopping in there and seeing what they got for you.

I came to CS the other day tried selling them a pair of shoes. The first time we didn’t agree on a price then the next day i came back for the price that was offered your employee lied to my face and said he never seen me or seen my shoes the day before then proceeded with an offer lowball that was insulting. Employee (white male that wear rings on his fingers He’s bad for business) Reluxe was way better and more truthful.

Hello! I went there right away i was greeted by the owner who new a lot about shoes and was very helpful they have great prices and a great selection i sold 1 pair of my sneakers here and they gave me a very fair price i recomend!
