If I could give zero stars I would! I live an hour away and always drive out to this store because I use to get great service, this time around I drove an hour that way, they couldn’t help me at the time but RON assured me we could get me a new phone I just had to come back another day (for account purposes) I ended up going back a few weeks later, before I left my house I texted Ron, since I do live far to please calculate and break down everything needed. He gave me the quote and I went out there, after driving an hour Ron then tells me I have to pay an activation fee ($30) I was a bit upset due to me alresdy having to pay $200 + and I was not told about this, I also have never paid an activation fee there, but he said just pay it today and we will credit the account, he went and spoke with his boss who he said approved $30 credit, I went ahead and did it, that was 2 months ago I’ve never gotten a credit, Ron will not return a call or text. I have reached out multiple times, I am a very laid back person I would’ve appreciated just some honesty and communication on Ron’s end. I’ve worked for carriers and I know the desire to get a sale but it shouldn’t be at the cost of dishonesty. I’m disappointed in the lack of communication even if Ron could not make the credit happen I would’ve appreciated honesty and communication. The store itself I have always had good experiences, Ron really ruined it for me. From lack of knowledge, him not being sure what he was doing and now to him lying and not even answering calls or texts. I hope you all get rid of bad apples like him soon! The service and language while I was there was very unprofessional but I was willing to look past stuff like that but it all goes hand in hand with the unprofessional employees. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone anymore!

The store at Alton is a nightmare. Just tried to return a box and had to wait 15 minutes while 4 staff members were goofing off. Just bought my first Roku TV and love it. The whole world should do it and put Xfinity out of business

We transferred our phones to Xfinity mobile. We had the pleasure of working with Sam. She was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and happy throughout the entire process. I highly recommend asking for Sam when you need help with anything with your Xfinity Mobile.

Every time we go in for help, no one knows what they are doing OR when they have helped, they messed up the paperwork and creating more issues and causing me to spend hours and days on the phone with “customer service” trying to correct the store staff’s mistakes. This store location needs better training and better management!!

It's not the store...it's XFinity. Just wasted 45 minutes talking to CS in the Philippines. Just wanted to delete voice service/caller ID from my current cable/internet account. Don't want/need either. Their focus was to try to get me to add mobile service (I'm with TMobile). Bottom line they'll delete voice service/caller ID (only after I told CS agent, I'd consider just going back to ATT and starting the process from scratch.) .......but somehow my monthly cost would remain the same! Guess I'll try the store to talk to someone face to face...but I have very low expectations of positive results.

Absolutely rude and worst customer service I’ve ever received! I went in and asked if there was anything they could do to help me, and the lady said to me no and turned to help someone else didn’t even put me on the waitlist! Extremely rude and inconsiderate! Xfinity Mobile customer service whether it’s through the phone online or in store is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I would not recommend them to anyone!

These team members at the Xfinity store at Alton are very friendly, courteous and helpful.I stopped in to drop off a router I no longer needed, 15 minutes before closing.Sebrena also reviewed my account, which involves a partnership with Xfinity and my community, so I can't make changes online. After some searching through plans and options her help is now saving me $40 a month.Even though I wound up being there a little after closing, I never felt rushed or like I was holding them up.Also, this location is so much more roomy and nicely laid out than the old Ironwood road location.Thank you, ladies.11/11/22: Stopped in to exchange my DVR cable box since it's been acting up lately. Gave my name and within 10 to 15 minutes we were helped by Demarcus with no muss, no fuss. Very friendly and fun to talk with. Good luck on your move to California!

I actually went in tonight to return all of my equipment and close my account, as my HOA moved to a different provider. In spite of knowing I was there to return everything, everyone was friendly and efficient and I was helped quickly. The store was actually very nice inside, with comfortable waiting areas, and lots of options for cell phones and equipment to check out. So a good experience.

Eddy a young man who was at the alton location but normally at the palm beach lakes location was beyond helpful to us! He was so quick to help us, we were looking to upgrade our xfinity plan to add cable and and mobile to our internet plan for a bundle. We’ve switched internet, phone, etc and it typically takes hours on end but eddy had us out in under an hour. He was so knowledgeable and helpful explaining the whole process and helped us initiate the change from t-mobile to xfinity with ease. The process was fast fun and simple with eddy, he’s extremely nice and friendly and is an essential member to the team, thanks eddy for all your help!! :)

I came into the store (05/19) after work looking to get a quote on service. I was assisted by Cece who was extraordinary in her knowledge, speed, and efficiency. She even offered additional services that I may consider for the future. It’s been a few days, and I am pleased both with my service and the dedication of xfinity’s pleasant staff. Will be on the look out for her if I need to step back into the office. Valuable asset to the company!

They have moved store and service center up to Donald Ross Road, but the service is still poor. Line out the door, like always, but now it is in the direct sun. Consistently eight to ten people in line waiting on two service reps. Each customer takes about 15 minutes, so bring sunscreen, you will be in the sun for a while. Only two people allowed in store at a time. Software they use must be very unfriendly. It often takes a manager to figure out what needs to be done. Service reps try hard to be friendly and courteous. They just need twice as many as they have working.
